AUSTIN TURPIN has been left looking unrecognisable after suffering a severely swollen eye in a brutal defeat.
The Power Slap star faced devasting injuries after his bout against Ron 'Wolverine' Bata in a light heavyweight championship on Dana White's slap fighting show.
Turpin and Bata exchanged slaps around the face for five rounds last Wednesday in Las Vegas.
The first round featured a fierce strike from Turpin and a decent blast from Bata, but the following round saw things get heated.
In the next round, ‘Turp Daddy Slim’ delivered a humiliating blow as he aimed to overthrow the light heavyweight champion Bata.
But Bata returned with a painful slap nearly forcing Turpin to be knocked out.

And the third round repeated a similar story before the 28-year-old tempted to turn things around as he struck the 'Wolverines' face.
Neither of the fighters was able to secure a knockout blow and the judges ranked the match 48-47, 48-47, 48-47 in favour of Bata who retained his title.
Just days after the defeat, Turpin shared on an Instagram post the horrific aftermath of what the fight had done to his face.
The gruesome result of taking five slaps to the face left Turpin's head massively swollen with severe bruising forcing his eye shut.
