Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have sparked outrage after it was revealed they imported their new puppy from Russia during the coronavirus pandemic.
The 21 year old Love Island star found out she would be receiving her furry little friend on her birthday from her boyfriend Tommy, also 21, earlier this week.
After fans questioned why it was taking so long for the Pomeranian to arrive, she took to her Instagram Story to explain that her pooch was coming in from Russia so there was a delay.

Ahead of the dog arriving on Thursday night, she first posted a snap of the it's pen and wrote over it: "Sat waiting for you, little monster. An hour before I become a dog mum."
Unsure how to handle taking care of a dog, she then asked her 4.1million followers: "Has anyone ever received a puppy at night? What are you meant to do? [sic]
"Put them to bed or stay up with them?!!" alongside three laughing emojis. She continued: "honestly this is going to be entertaining". [sic]
The blonde beauty, whose birthday was almost ruined after Tommy set off the fire alarm, then added a question box, asking her fans for help before telling them: "He was meant to be here on my birthday btw guys but he's coming from Russia so there was delays etc…" [sic]
Upon hearing the dog's origins, horrified fans flocked to social media to blast the couple's decision to import the pet – with some mortified they would do this amid the coronavirus pandemic while others couldn't help but point out the many dogs sitting in adoption centres.
Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "Are you realllllly telling me that Tommy Fury thought its was necessary to get Molly Mae a puppy from Russia, for it to be a Pomeranian, a breed widely available in the UK, without the dog having to suffer from all the travel laughable". [sic]

Another said: "Feel so sorry for Molly Mae’s dog. Did they really have to get one shipped over from Russia? Terrified without its mum? To then be put into some strange house and into a little cornered off section in their house? they don’t really have the time or knowledge to look after it." [sic] alongside a thinking emoji.
A third commented: "Wait Molly Mae is having a puppy shipped to her from Russia? There’s literally so many dogs sat in adoption centres and they choose to get a dog shipped from another country wtf is that about?" [sic]
While a fourth angry follower added: "MOLLY MAE’s F***ING DOG IS COMING. from. RUSSIA. The ignorance, I’m so disgusted". [sic]
