Four new millionaires were created in Wednesday’s £12.7 million ‘must be won’ National Lottery draw, even though no-one scooped the jackpot.
While no ticket-holders matched all six main numbers, four matched five and the bonus ball to each win £1,061,282.
The Lotto rolldown draw saw 42 people each win £11,477 after matching five of six main numbers, with 3,567 pocketing £300 for matching four.
The winning Lotto numbers were 09, 14, 26, 49, 55, 56 – and the bonus number was 28.

Set of balls six and draw machine Arthur were used.
Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at the National Lottery, said 935,655 players also each won £5 plus a free Lucky Dip just for matching two main numbers.
‘As no ticket-holder won the jackpot, the prize is shared between all the other winners. What fantastic news in the lead up to Christmas,’ he said.
No-one managed to win £350,000 by matching all five numbers in Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw.
There were no £13,000 winners for matching four of five, but 226 people each won £800 by matching three.
The Thunderball draw, which has a top prize of £500,000, also had no winner, and no-one managed to bag £5,000 by matching all five numbers without the Thunderball, but 25 ticket-holders got £250 for matching four and the Thunderball.
The winning Thunderbsll numbers were 08, 23, 28, 30, 38 – and the Thunderball was 12.
