STRICTLY Come Dancing stars have been warned they shouldn't sign up to the show if they have no dance training.
Professional dancer James Jordan, 45, insisted that contestants without dance experience will be booted off the show in the first.
He pointing out that all the people who have gone so far are "non-dancers" after TV presenter Les Dennis and BBC radio DJ Nikita Kanda were knocked out of the competition.
While reality star and documentary maker Zara McDermott found herself in the bottom two at the weekend.
Speaking about Nikita's exit on Saturday, James said: "We had Nikita [Kanda] doing the jive – I'm going to reiterate it, don’t do Strictly unless you’ve done dance training.
"Because that is what you look like, that is what a non-dancer is supposed to look like.

"I think she did a great job, I think she improved week on week, you could see her confidence growing.
"So far every person that's left, Les Dennis and Nikita are non-dancers and everyone that's been in the bottom two are non-dancers.
"It just shows you, it makes a massive difference."
He praised Nikita's commitment, saying: "She can hold her head high, she improved, she's up against people who are trained dancers.

"She was with Gorka [Márquez] who is adorable.
"I just hope she enjoyed her Strictly experience because for me that's what it was always about."
James was also critical of Craig Revel Horwoods scores for Amanda Abbington's rumba which scored 30 out of 40.
"What really annoys me is Craig Revel Horwood – of all the judges I normally agree with him the most," James said.
"He's an amazing judge, I love him on the panel.
"What the hell giving Amanda Abbington a six, it was never a six.
"It's just wrong on every level."
It comes after head judge Shirley Ballas was slammed after scored Eddie Kadi the first 10 of the series after his impressive Men In Black performance with Karen Hauer.
Those watching at home were left fuming by the decision and accused Shirley of having a favourite, while also calling for couple’s choice to be axed.
One person wrote: “Couples Choice smacks of fix more than anything else. Judges can just say anything on it!”
