Nigel Farage is becoming a contender to be crowned this year’s King or Queen of the Jungle, according to the bookies.
The GB News host was a 16/1 shot last week at winning I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! but Ladbrokes now make him just 6/1 in the betting.
It means just three famous names are now more likely than the former politician to go all the way Down Under.
This Morning star Josie Gibson is still leading the way to win the 2023 series at 3/1 while First Dates’ star Fred Sirieix is at 4/1.
Meanwhile, former Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson’s odds are 5/1 as it stands.

Jamie Lynn-Spears, YouTuber Nella Rose and Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard are all at 25/1 apiece.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Punters are growing convinced Nigel Farage could well be the one to beat this year. He’ll no doubt split opinion Down Under, but the latest odds suggest he’s the one to watch for now.”
The other famous faces going into the jungle include Frankie Dettori, Danielle Harold, Marvin Humes, Tony Bellew and Grace Dent.
I’m A Celebrity is returning to ITV on Sunday and will once again be hosted by Geordie duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

Nigel is hoping to dispel public misconceptions that he is “mean-spirited” during his time in camp.
However, he believes he will be voted to take on plenty of Bushtucker Trials as “millions hate” him.
Nigel explained: “I want to test myself. Business, politics, media, I’ve done so many different jobs and generally, I have been reasonably successful.
“But I have never been tested in quite this way. It’s such a mental test and maybe I will discover who I really am.”
Reflecting on former Health Secretary Matt Hancock starring on last year’s show and coming third, Nigel added: “I understood why Matt Hancock did it. He went in there with his reputation on the floor.
“The truth is after the banking issue I raised a few months ago, I was standing up for a million people who had lost their bank accounts, then winning at the TRIC awards, I am going in at a different stage of my career.”
Lioness Jill Scott was crown Queen of the Jungle last year, with Hollyoaks star Owen Warner being the runner-up.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! airs on ITV at 9pm on Sunday, November 19.
