EastEnders fans spot major storyline leak on Stacey Solomon's social media
Eagle-eyed EastEnders viewers have spotted what appears to be a major storyline development on a photo shared on Stacey Solomon’s Instagram story.
The former X Factor star shared a snap of what appears to husband Joe Swash’s script for his upcoming gig as host of a special EastEnders spin-off show, in which he will quiz a number of Walford favourites ahead of this year’s big Christmas story.
Legends Gillian Taylforth and Letitia Dean, who feature in the highly-anticipated Christmas murder narrative – which was previewed in a historic flash-forward scene back in February – are among those set to be interviewed by Joe, who previously played Mickey Miller in the series.
In the wake of the one-off show being announced, eagle-eyed EastEnders fans noticed a script for the upcoming special on Stacey’s Instagram stories.
The script in question is thought to contain a spoiler regarding the upcoming fire at Kathy’s cafe, but Metro.co.uk has decided not to reveal the information in question so as not to spoil the must-see scenes for viewers.
It was confirmed earlier this year that a terrifying blaze will rip through Kathy’s cafe this autumn, destroying the iconic Albert Square setting, with a number of lives left in peril as a result.
The scenes in question have already been filmed and look ‘incredible’, according to sources.
How exactly the fire is ignited remains to be seen, but it’s thought that it’s deliberate, meaning foul play is afoot.
‘Bosses are staying tight-lipped about who’s behind the attack and who is left fighting for their lives, but viewers can expect lots of drama as the storyline unfolds on-screen and the residents of Walford deal with the fallout of the event’ an insider claimed to The Sun.
‘[The scenes] are part of the explosive autumn the show has lined up.’

For the first time in years, everyone is talking about it again and, with the outcome of Christmas murder story rapidly approaching, it’s safe to say that it’s only going to get more unmissable from here on out.
