The horse racing legend, 52, became the first campmate to leave the 2023 series after receiving the least amount of votes on Sunday and appeared on Good Morning Britain just hours later to discuss his brief stint.
Speaking about his predictions for the winner of the show, Frankie revealed he thinks Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson will walk away victorious.
He said: ‘I would say my bet is Sam. He brings a lot to the table. He’s entertaining, he’s silly, he sings, he’s happy. I think people are going to like him…

Frankie shed light on being the first star out of the jungle, as he admitted he predicted his departure due to the huge characters on the show.
As well as Sam, he referenced Nigel Farage, Tony Bellew, Marvin Humes and Josie Gibson as the stars who would captivate viewers.
He said: ‘[Being evicted] was a bittersweet moment…
‘I wanted to get to the final but with characters like Sam, Nigel, Tony, Marvin and Josie. I was never going to win it. So actually the thoughts of spending one more week there maybe was going to be a bit hard for me. So it was like bittersweet…
‘The sweet part is I’ve got to come out meet my lovely wife spend some time in the Gold Coast waiting for my other campmates to come out.’
On his relationship with controversial signing Nigel, he revealed: ‘I met Nigel before I went into the jungle. He’s a character larger than life… He’s interesting and knowledgeable. He’s a good laugh…
‘I never got to talk to him about politics because I’m not interested. One on one as a person he’s always good fun’.
In some insight into jungle life, he was asked about the dramas between First Dates star Fred Sirieix and Josie, after the former’s status of camp chef was removed in favour of the latter – who has been candid about her lack of cookery skills.
Frankie said: ‘I swear to God I wasn’t getting involved in it. But there was a bit of a change of the guard because the dynamic of the show changed…
‘When Fred got taken out of the kitchen and Josie went in it was head to head clash. Two different cooks in one kitchen. One person said A the other said B. But at the end of the day we all got fed.’
Nella, who was also in the bottom, has faced controversy during her time in the jungle with Ofcom recieving 2,000 complaints over her rows with Nigel Farage and Fred Sirieix

Frankie received a heroes welcome as he met with his fellow campmates’ loved ones at their 5-star hotel after leaving the Jungle. He flashed a giant smile while arriving at the luxury Marriott Hotel in Surfer’s Paradise with wife Catherine by his side.
And while many past campmates have complained about getting sick by gorging on food after leaving the Jungle, Frankie revealed he had something else on his mind for his first few hours back in civilisation.
Asked by MailOnline what he’d be eating first now that rice and beans are off the menu, he revealed: ‘I want a cup of coffee first! I’ve missed a decent cup of coffee.’
