Sopranos alum Drea De Matteo’s property portfolio has depleted massively in recent years – with the TV star this week revealing she has been left with no option but to join OnlyFans amid her flailing fortunes.
The actress, 51, who shot to fame as Adriana La Cerva on the HBO drama, last month announced her foray onto the adult subscription site, known for its explicit content, and is charging users $15 to gain access to her racy uploads.
De Matteo has since claimed that she was compelled to join the site because her refusal to get the COVID vaccine left her unable to find work in Hollywood.
‘I guess you could say I was a bad girl because I did not follow the rules a couple of years ago,’ she said in a recent interview with Fox News as she opened up about signing up to the site.
‘So, I don’t want to be at the mercy of mandates or strike or anything like that ever again.
‘I used to have a lot of money. And then, all of a sudden, I went from being allowed to work to never being allowed to work again. I was never the kind of actor that took jobs just to stay in the business. I literally took jobs to feed my family.’
She also revealed her 15-year-old daughter Alabama Gypsyrose even helps to edit her raunchy images.
De Matteo’s OnlyFans launch comes in the wake of her putting her four-bedroom LA property up for sale for $3.6million – years after her New York City apartment burned down.
Here, DailyMail.com casts a look at De Matteo’s spiraling property portfolio as the actress alleges her stance on COVID-19 mandates worked against her.

Drea De Matteo New York City was destroyed in a devastating gas explosion in 2015
De Matteo’s New York City apartment, located on 123 Second Avenue, was destroyed in an explosion in 2015.
Three buildings in the city’s East Village collapsed following a gas-related blast, which left 22 people injured – including four critically – and two people unaccounted for at the time.
The actress previously lived there with other celebrities, including designer Charlotte Ronson, for the best part of 22 years.
‘NYC’s finest trying to put out the flames to mine and many others apartments. Speechless…,’ she wrote in a post shared on her Instagram and Facebook pages at the time. ‘[Praying] for those that are hurt.’

In another photo, she added: ‘A hole where my NYC home of the last 22 years once stood… RIP 123 2nd Avenue.’
She spoke of the tragedy two years after the blaze, admitting that she hoped to receive some money in damages due to not being able to afford New York’s spiraling cost of living.
‘I lived most of my life in that apartment — I made beautiful memories there,’ she said in a 2017 interview. ‘I was a real East Village girl.’
‘I do want to be repaid, mainly because of my heartache, stress and [not] being able to cover the cost of living in NYC,’ she continued to the New York Post.
‘People think, “She’s on a TV show, she’ll be fine”. I’m not one of these actors who’s rolling in money.’
The star sold the Hamptons family home her parents built to developers in 2022
Last year, De Matteo parted ways with the Hamptons home her parents Albert and Donna De Matteo built together in the 90s.
The television star sold the sprawling waterfront property to interior designer Whitney Noelle and tech founder Damian Mogavero for $3.1million – with the couple going on to spend the best part of 12 months gutting for a complete renovation.
Following its overhaul, the impressive escape, described as an ‘entertainers paradise,’ benefitted from luxury additions such as a pool and wine cellar.
It also has its own private beach on Three Mile Harbor.

De Matteo put her Hollywood Hills home up for sale in June after knocking $200k off the initial asking price
According to Zillow, De Matteo’s four-bedroom, three-bathroom Spanish turret house in LA, which boasts an outside pool with a separate spa and huge fireside, was listed for sale for the first time in 20 years in February.
The home, with a square footage of 3,439, was initially valued at $3.8million before the price was dropped by $200,000 to $3.6 million just one month later.
The listing was removed altogether in May before it was eventually reinstated again in June for $3.6million.
De Matteo bought her LA residence, nestled in the Hollywood Hills, in 2004 – but according to property records she has joined forces on and off with Amanda Cavallacci to co-own the property for the last seven years.
Cavallacci’s name first appeared on the deeds in 2016, with the pair remortgaging the home again in 2018 and 2019.
More recently, De Matteo regained sole ownership, having taken out a mortgage on her own in February 2022.
