The new series documents her daily life with former rugby player James and their 14-month old daughter Bodhi.
Chloe answered: ‘It’s to be expected with a TV show out tbh.
‘100% focused on my daughter, my friends, my family, my work, my health, my reality. That’s how.’
Previously, Chloe made a veiled comment about ‘keeping it real’ as she thanked social media followers for praising her new show.
The daughter of TV presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan responded to followers on Tuesday evening after fans reacted positively.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: ‘Thank you all so much for your BEYOND lovely messages about the show! I love that so many of you are saying you find it funny and relatable.
‘The goal was to keep it 100% real, which is scary, so to have so many mums and couples saying this is exactly what they like about it is a huge relief, comfort and joy. Thank you so much.’

The woman was later revealed to be PR director Martine Bridge, a close friend of the former rugby ace with connections to the upper echelons of London high society.
Days later he was seen without his wedding ring while out with infant daughter Bodhi – the couple’s only child – close to their family home.
In recent scenes from their new reality show he bore the brunt of Chloe’s frustration after jetting to Ibiza for a DJ gig – where he was pictured partying with a troupe of bikini-clad dancers.
Documenting the job on social media, James was surrounded by scantily-clothed women – leaving his wife, who was back in the United Kingdom, less than impressed.
After spotting the pictures, she raged: ‘He’s on Instagram uploading videos and photos of all these girls, and I was like, “I will kill you. I will fly to Ibiza and kill you”.
‘He posted videos of him with loads of girls in thongs ‘cos he thinks that it like makes him look cool on social media. I’m like you’re a k*** and you make me look like a k***. Stop doing it.’
However, she did admit: ‘But he loves it. Honestly, at least he’s having fun. You know what I mean.’
Chloe was at home looking after their 14-month old daughter Bodhi while James was out DJing in Ibiza, which he has done since retiring from professional rugby.
She said: ‘I think there’s an element of he misses Bodhi. Not me. Definitely not me. But he actually misses Bodhi, and I think he feels a bit guilty.’
During a recent interview, James revealed he had ‘a few arguments’ with his wife after extending his DJing trip.
An interview on the island with the former rugby player was published earlier this month, days after he was forced to deny any wrongdoing when pictures emerged of him looking cosy with a mystery blonde while on a night out in London.
Speaking to Unfiltered, James revealed Chloe thinks his jaunts to Ibiza are a ‘holiday’ for him, and she was furious when he extended his work trip by a few days.
James admitted: ‘My wife thinks DJing in Ibiza is a holiday – it’s work. We’ve had a few arguments about it. I mean she’s very supportive, but kind of extending your trip for a few extra days is probably taking the p**s a little bit.’
The retired athlete said the trip had to be extended, explaining: ‘I have to do an interview with you guys and I’ve got a boat trip later.’

He added: ‘It’s work, but it’s fun. That’s why everyone needs to be a DJ really.’
James said he turned to DJing because he’s a ‘massive attention seeker’.
‘Everything is around performing. I’m a massive attention seeker and I really enjoy performing, none of my work feels like work. The DJing is music and performing, it’s a transition from rugby,’ he said.
‘If I could do only one thing moving forward it would be DJing, but it’s a tough nut to crack, obviously.’
It comes after James and Chloe were both seen without their wedding rings in recent days.
While some are convinced the pair are putting on a stunt to get publicity for their new show, it’s clear that there have been some tense moments between them.
During another scene in the episode, Chloe notes that the wardrobe doors have been damaged and tells James, ‘I want to kill you.’
‘What have you done now?’ James asked her.

Hitting back: James accused Chloe of breaking the wardrobe doors, saying, ‘It’s you with the heavy hands, isn’t it?’
‘It’s you with the heavy hands, isn’t it? You’ve got massive heavy hands. Every time you close the door on my car, I’m worried that it’s going to fall off.’
Chloe replied: ‘Wasn’t a huge part of the reason you got voted off I’m A Celebrity because of your big fat fingers?
‘You f***ed up the challenge and then you got so frustrated that you yelled at Ant and Dec and that’s where you lost the viewers.
‘And this is our marriage. That scene is our marriage. It’s you getting frustrated with something that’s got f*** all to do with me and then yelling at me, thinking it’s my fault because I am the closest person to you at that time.
‘And this is why I want to kill you, which is what we were talking about earlier… So annoying. The world’s most annoying man.’
Chloe was most recently seen without wedding ring on an outing with her daughter Bodhi and dad Richard Madeley, 67, over the weekend as James partied in Paris for the England vs South Africa rugby match – after his cosy night out with PR exec Martine Bridge.

Back then, the fitness fanatic opened up about the difficulties she and her husband had endured, admitting that she and James went through ‘trust issues and power struggles’ with the goal being to ‘eventually reach an understanding’.
The mother-of-one also noted that without ‘an accepted degree of push-pull’ within a relationship, ‘no couple can go the distance’.
