A WOMAN has revealed what it is really like living in a tiny home.
From a composting toilet to wood stove heating the creator revealed how she and her partner live together with their dog in a 10ft home.
Carina Aarnio shared a tour of her tiny home in a YouTube video online.
The homeowner revealed she built the home herself and adapted it to suit her personal needs.
She said: “I completely designed and built this whole thing by myself with barely any knowledge on construction or anything but I knew that this is what I wanted to do.”
Outside her small property Carina has a collection of plants which she collects as well as a dryer where she hangs her laundry.

Inside the tiny home the living room is 10ft by 10ft, here Carina has a wood stove heater, her closet and a built-in sofa.
She said: “I didn't want a regular big squishy sofa, I don't need that.”
Shoes are stored underneath these sofa and there is a relaxing cushion as a dog bed for Carina’s dog.
In Carina’s kitchen which is about 8ft long, she has a stove top burner but no oven and a sink with a small fridge.

There’s a fully functioning bathroom which has a small washing machine, composting toilet and a shower.
Carina revealed she has recently installed a sliding door for privacy and there is some extra hooks by the door to hold bags and hats.
The bedroom is separated with a curtain. Carina’s bed holds extra storage space underneath where she can easily access her plumbing lines.
She said: “I thought that that would be great because you know inevitably something might go wrong so it's easy to access those.”
Carina has some overhead shelves and some hooks for more storage as well.
She said: “The tiny house has been a crazy adventure. It took me about two years to build it from start to finish while working.”
Carina’s tiny home gained over 51,000 views online with many people showering the creator with compliments
One user said: “I love your tiny house. It's better than some of the more "fancy" tiny houses I've seen on YouTube. The fact that you built it yourself is phenomenal. You're made a really nice home for yourself.”
