<\/p>\nA MARRIED At First Sight hunk has revealed a whopping half a stone weight loss in just seven days.<\/p>\n
E4 show favourite Thomas Kriaras, 27, took to his Instagram Stories to keep fans updated with his ripped new look.<\/p>\n

The finance and investment graduate has previously revealed his impressive body transformation with a sexy selfie.<\/p>\n
Thomas also showcased his honed figure after revealing he had hit the gym hard.<\/p>\n
Yet now he has appealed to fans for help in a major diet decision.<\/p>\n
The Married At First Sight fan-favourite – who split with wife Rozz Darlington in emotional scenes on the matchmaking series – posed topless in his kitchen for his latest snap.<\/p>\n
He performed a bicep curl on his left arm to show off his fitness feat while striking a serious pose to the camera.<\/p>\n In his caption, he wrote: "OK we've lost 4KG this week. The bulk isn't going so well."<\/p>\n He then asked fans in a separate poll box: "Should I get KFC for dinner?"<\/p>\n The first option read: "100 per cent you deserve it," while the second added: "Ew no keep the cut going."<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Previously, the Wiltshire-based star admitted he "doesn't recognise myself" after flashing his ripped figure with a clearly defined six-pack and biceps.<\/p>\n In October, Thomas took to his\u00a0Instagram\u00a0page to upload the before and after snaps.<\/p>\n The before image saw him sporting a smart black suit with a grey T-Shirt while the after, and current, version showed him topless in his kitchen showcasing his lean figure.<\/p>\n To accentuate his muscles, he performed a bicep curl on his left arm while holding his phone for his mirror selfie in his right hand.<\/p>\n In his lengthy caption, he wrote: "I don\u2019t recognise myself sometimes when I look back at old photos of myself.<\/p>\n "On the left was me five years ago, looking for a new suit for my graduation and that was the only one that\u2019d fit my small frame.<\/p>\n "On the right is me now, the strongest I\u2019ve ever been.<\/p>\n "After doing a Q&A today, I had a lot of people asking me what I would have done differently if I could go back. I would\u2019ve made sure I continued being my best self instead of letting myself become unhappy and unfit.<\/p>\n "I\u2019m in such a good place and it\u2019s because of all the beautiful people I met on this amazing experience thanks to #marriedatfirstsight<\/p>\n "Thanks everyone for being amazing.
