Antiques Roadshow didn’t have a dry eye in sight after a guest took to the show to find out the value of her late grandmother’s painting.

The guest revealed the painting hung over her bed for many years and she was given it after she died.

She then shared a story of finding a mosquito behind the painting leading her to open it up, but she realized it could be a real painting so she quickly closed it back up.

It reportedly had been appraised for $250 in 2004, but its value now could not be something the guest would have guessed.

The painting is labeled to be by H.F. Farny and the year 1892, with the guest knowing little about the history.
