She said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m attracted to them for real  I have deep connections with women in my life, the friends in my life, the family in my life. I\u2019m physically attracted to them. But I\u2019m also so intimidated by them and their beauty and their presence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fans immediately started questioning whether this was confirmation that Billie is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community &#8212; and speculate no further, because she\u2019s doubling down.<\/p>\n<p>During an interview with <em>Variety<\/em> on the red carpet for their <em>Hitmaker\u2019s Brunch<\/em> on Saturday, a reporter asked the 21-year-old if she meant \u201cto come out\u201d in the story, to which she responded:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, I didn\u2019t, but I kinda thought, wasn\u2019t it obvious? I didn\u2019t realize people didn\u2019t know.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The reporter suggested that we as a society should get to a point where \u201cyou don\u2019t even have to come out,\u201d which the <em>Lost Cause<\/em> singer seemingly agreed with:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just don\u2019t really believe in it. I\u2019m just like, why can\u2019t we just exist? I\u2019ve been doing this for a long time and I just didn\u2019t talk about it. Whoops.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I saw the article and I was like, \u201cOh, I guess I came out today. Okay, cool.\u2019 But it\u2019s exciting to me because, you know, I guess people didn&#8217;t know, so it\u2019s cool that they know, but ooh, I\u2019m nervous talking about it.
