{"id":134719,"date":"2023-11-30T05:24:56","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T05:24:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bluemull.com\/?p=134719"},"modified":"2023-11-30T05:24:56","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T05:24:56","slug":"pro-palestine-activists-storm-hotel-in-melbournes-cbd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bluemull.com\/world-news\/pro-palestine-activists-storm-hotel-in-melbournes-cbd\/","title":{"rendered":"Pro-Palestine activists storm hotel in Melbourne&apos;s CBD"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Pro-Palestine activists storm hotel in Melbourne&#8217;s CBD where loved ones of Israeli victims are staying<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Twenty protesters stormed hotel on Wednesday<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Families of Israeli hostages and victims were staying there<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>READ MORE: Constance Hall and TV presenter Sarah Wilson slammed over their pro-Palestinian Instagram posts\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pro-Palestine activists have sparked outrage after 20 demonstrators stormed a hotel where loved ones of Israeli victims and hostages were staying in Melbourne&#8217;s CBD.<\/p>\n<p>The activists, armed with flags and signs with anti-Israel messages, had tracked the Israeli supporters to their hotel in Docklands on Wednesday at about 10pm.<\/p>\n<p>The Israeli group had been speaking about their experiences earlier in the evening at the\u00a0Mount Scopus Memorial College.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When they returned to their hotel they were met with the &#8216;frightening&#8217; protesters, many holding Palestinian flags.<\/p>\n<p>The group had also thrown baby dolls covered in fake blood on the floor and held up a banner reading &#8216;Stop arming Israel, free Palestine&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/29\/23\/78395685-12806989-The_activists_armed_with_flags_and_signs_with_anti_Israel_messag-a-2_1701301732512.jpg\" height=\"355\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The activists, armed with flags and signs with anti-Israel messages, had tracked the Israeli supporters to their hotel in Docklands on Wednesday at about 10pm<\/p>\n<p>Another protester held up a sign that had the message &#8216;zionism is fascism&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>3AW&#8217;s Neil Mitchell branded the pro-Palestine supporters as &#8216;idiots&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The idiot protesters here launched a nasty, noisy, threatening protest,&#8217; he said.<\/p>\n<h3>READ MORE:\u00a0Jewish community turns on Abbie Chatfield\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>&#8216;Threatening, frightening, intimidating. The families had to be evacuated from a Melbourne hotel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;These idiots were targeting victims!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>One of the Palestinian activists was heard shouting over a loud speaker as several Victorian police officers waited on a nearby escalator.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;You&#8217;re really f**ked up!&#8217; she shouted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;This is a really f**ked up situation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Give them a place to eat and fuel their economy! Shame!
