However, when it comes to The Only Way is Essex star Chloe<\/span> Sims\u2019 new lavish LA life, it\u2019s clear it couldn\u2019t be further than the streets of Brentwood and hanging out at former hotspot, The Sugar Hut.\u00a0<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

Chloe, 42, sprang to fame on the ITV reality show in 2011, alongside her younger brother Charlie Sims \u2013 then in a relationship with Ferne McCann \u2013 and cousin Joey Essex.<\/p>\n

She quickly became known for her larger-than-life personality and caring nature, becoming a bit of a mother hen figure to her younger cast members, including close friend Diags.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But it wasn\u2019t long before her own love life took centre stage thanks to relationships with co-stars Mario<\/span> Falcone, Elliot Wright and an explosive on again off again romance with best mate Pete Wicks.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

All of this led to her after being one of the main stars of the show and \u2013 after more than a decade \u2013 Chloe was simply part of TOWIE\u2019s furniture.\u00a0<\/p>\n

So when Chloe sensationally quit the ITVBe show back in July 2022 after eleven years, fans hoped she wouldn\u2019t be absent from their screens for too long.<\/p>\n

But none of them could have predicted that she would be leaving Essex behind for good.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Soon after, Chloe revealed her plans to break the States, as she announced that she and her siblings \u2013 Charlie and sisters Demi, Chloe and Frankie \u2013 had landed their very own Kardashian style reality show called House of Sims.<\/p>\n

So following in the footsteps of fellow TOWIE alumni Mark Wright before her (who made a name for himself as an Extra TV host before coming back to the UK), Chloe went on to ditch Brentwood high street in favour of Hollywood Boulevard.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At the beginning of 2023, Chloe packed up her stuff and jetted off to LA to start her new chapter, moving there permanently, as the cameras followed her every move.<\/p>\n

Since, she\u2019s built a life \u2013 and increasingly a name \u2013 for herself Stateside alongside 18-year-old daughter, Maddie.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cLife in LA is amazing,\u201d Chloe said in an interview earlier this year, as she admitted it took a while to properly find her feet.<\/p>\n

She continued: \u201cBut overall, I\u2019m settled and living normally \u2013 not out of a suitcase.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not who I am in the UK. I\u2019ve had time off from being famous, but I\u2019m hoping that everyone in the city is going to know my name eventually.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

REALITY ROYALTY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

America may have The Kardashian\u2019s \u2013 but the Sims\u2019 are snapping at their heels.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Chloe and her four siblings have taken the reality circuit by storm thanks to their show, House of Sims, which began airing on US channel OFTV \u2013 Only Fans\u2019 free streaming service \u2013 in May.<\/p>\n

An official synopsis for the series reads: \u201cBritish reality TV royalty, The Sims<\/span> Family, pack up their lives in Essex to make it big in Hollywood.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cFollow Chloe, Charlie, Frankie, Demi, and [Charlie\u2019s girlfriend] Georgia as they chase their dreams while living together under one roof.\u201d<\/p>\n

And the show certainly caught US\u2019 watchers\u2019 attention, as the show had its own giant billboard on Sunset Boulevard, and Chloe even landed an interview with respected entertainment website Variety to discuss her part in it.<\/p>\n

In the chat, she said: \u201cWe landed in America completely blind. We had a house for a month, we didn\u2019t know our way around!\u00a0<\/p>\n

After entertaining viewers with an explosive season one, the family were thrilled when they landed a second installment, with some reporting they\u2019ve now got a multi-series \u00a31 million deal.<\/p>\n

Teasing what is to come, Chloe said: \u201cYou have been on our journey from Essex to LA, you have seen us rise and support each other as a family, but this season will expose who is cut from the same cloth!<\/p>\n

\u201cStay tuned, as we unravel a huge season 2 as the Sims family\u2019s biggest challenge isn\u2019t to keep the Hollywood dream alive, but to keep the family together!\u201d<\/p>\n

BOSS GIRL\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Chloe\u2019s not just storming it on screen \u2013 she\u2019s also making a name for herself behind-the-scenes.<\/p>\n

Chloe and her brother and sisters are all executive producers for their show, adding another string to their bows.<\/p>\n

Speaking about their new venture she posted a picture of her and Charlie \u2013\u00a0 who masterminded the deal with OnlyFans \u2013 in Sunset Boulevard.<\/p>\n

She then wrote: \u201cJust 2 Executive Producers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWho would have thought all those years ago me and Charlie would be in Hollywood doing our thing?\u00a0<\/p>\n

A-LIST PALS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Thanks to her new show, as well as her friendship with former TOWIE co-star and LA socialite Vas J. Morgan, Chloe has been hanging out with some seriously impressive stars.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking to Closer, Chloe revealed: \u201cI\u2019ve brushed shoulders with so many people.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been to a lot of parties \u2013 Vas hosts them, so luckily I\u2019m invited.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

These have included several music parties and a pre-Oscars dinner.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

But the cherry on top of the cake came when she nabbed an invite to none other than Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio\u2019s 49th birthday party in November.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Chloe was snapped walking into the VIP bash held in Beverly Hills wearing a figure-hugging black dress.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve brushed shoulders with so many people<\/p>\n

Names on the guest list reportedly included Kim Kardashian, Zoe Kravitz and fianc\u00e9 Channing Tatum, and Zoe Saldana.<\/p>\n

While there, she shared a snap<\/span> to her social media account of her sitting next<\/span> to pop star Rita Ora, alongside the caption: \u201cJust love and respect at this table.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rita \u2013 who is one of Vas\u2019 closest friends, alongside the likes of Lindsay Lohan \u2013 has also lent her support to Chloe\u2019s show.<\/p>\n

When Chloe posted about the series\u2019 launch on her Instagram account by posting a glam cast shot, Rita was among the first to comment, as she typed: \u201cThey\u2019re coming\u201d alongside a string of love hearts<\/span>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And it seems they\u2019re now moving in different circles, as Chloe and her sisters have been spotted filming scenes for the second series of the show during nights out with celebrities like Paris Hilton and Megan Fox.<\/p>\n

LIVING IT UP<\/strong><\/h2>\n

She already had a mansion in Essex, but now Chloe has taken it up another notch, and is living in style next to Hollywood neighbours<\/span>.<\/p>\n

For the show, The Sims lived in a rented house with a pool in the trendy Bel Air neighbourhood of Los Angeles.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And the family have given fans a few glimpses into their plush property, which boasts huge bedrooms, large living room and a massive outdoor swimming pool.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, they have plenty of room to entertain guests with a large, luxury<\/span> kitchen and dining area.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But one of the best parts of their new home is the stunning views of LA, including their neighbours\u2019 equally big homes.<\/p>\n

NEW TYPE\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

She may have been linked to former co-stars like Pete Wicks and even enjoyed secret romances with eligible bachelors out of the public eye.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But since moving to LA, Chloe\u2019s revealed that even her taste in men has dramatically changed.<\/p>\n

She told Closer earlier this year: \u201cI\u2019ve been on some dates here, but nothing that\u2019s gone anywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chloe then said that she might end up with an American man, as she quipped: \u201cI didn\u2019t like Essex boys when I was there. I\u2019ve forgotten all about them!\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
