They&#8217;re my faves&#8217;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cadbury was quick to respond and explained: &#8216;Sorry about that! The tins are filled at random, so we have no control over the contents of individual tins&#8217;.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Others have complained about getting fewer of the strawberry flavour, while there&#8217;s also been rumblings over little or no caramels in the tub &#8211; and it&#8217;s not the first time customers have grumbled in the run up to Christmas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/23\/16\/78157627-12783737-image-a-46_1700757788438.jpg\" height=\"594\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/23\/12\/78156799-12783737-image-a-43_1700742896877.jpg\" height=\"125\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/23\/12\/78156793-12783737-image-a-47_1700742912197.jpg\" height=\"145\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Cadbury was quick to respond and explained: &#8216;Sorry about that! The tins are filled at random, so we have no control over the contents of individual tins&#8217;, but the user wasn&#8217;t impressed<\/p>\n<p><span>Consumer group Which? previously analysed the contents of 600-650 gram tubs of Celebrations, Heroes, Quality Street and Roses \u2013 and established the code of the spread of treats inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>They found that for every nine Dairy Milk chocolates there were only four Fudges and four Truffles.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Separate research by marketing firm iProspectUK <\/span>polled 560 people on their top treats from\u00a0Cadbury,\u00a0Heroes, Quality Street, Roses and Celebrations and then analysed how\u00a0often the most popular varieties appeared.<\/p>\n<p>They found what Country Fudge was the most common in a box of Roses, while the Truffle and Orange Creme came at the bottom.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span>The user, who posted a picture of her Roses selection wasn&#8217;t satisfied with the manufacturer&#8217;s response: &#8216;That&#8217;s a shame as [it&#8217;s] never happened before.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8216;Will go to Quality Street and hope for a more even distribution with them&#8217;, she threatened.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/23\/16\/22473124-12783737-image-m-29_1700757344112.jpg\" height=\"389\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Researchers counted, sorted and weighed almost 1,300 chocolates (12.9kgs) from the UK&#8217;s most popular Christmas tins after asking people what their favourites were in each box. The results revealed the most popular sweets were not among the most abundant<\/p>\n<p><span>The disgruntled user sparked<span>\u00a0an angry thread where other customers shared similar experiences and fumed together.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A\u00a0different user of the platform asked the chocolate giant:\u00a0<\/span>&#8216;Imagine my sadness to open these last night and have no tangy orange creme and only seven\u00a0strawberry cremes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Well gutted.\u00a0<span>Come on Cadbury UK,\u00a0<\/span>pull your act together&#8217;, she finished. The chocolatier responded with the exact same apology it previously issued.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The frustrated user responded: &#8216;Filled at random, okay I understand, but the tub in question was bought with six others at the same time and four in total were passed out to family members&#8217;.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They continued: &#8216;All four had no orange cremes so you can&#8217;t put that down to random filling surely?&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><span>Another user on X, formerly known as Twitter penned: &#8216;I didn&#8217;t get any orange cremes either in my box. Think they need to up their quality control.
