club, complete with 18 bedrooms, a cinema and &#8216;massage area&#8217;, will be built inside an aquarium after a local council gave the go-ahead for the conversion.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The private members club is set to be developed on the site of Dave&#8217;s Aquarium, on Folds Road, Bolton, following plans proposed by a Yorkshire business tycoon with experience running a similar swingers&#8217; establishment in Leeds.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Peter Hemingway, owner of &#8216;the largest swingers club in Yorkshire&#8217;, said that his clientele &#8216;are on the whole very sociable people&#8217; before getting the green light from Bolton Council.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Plans show that the club will feature a dancefloor, bar, sauna, changing rooms,\u00a0a decking area for a pool and spa, a massage room and a space that has been labelled a &#8216;private room&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mr Hemingway, who has run Pandora&#8217;s swingers&#8217; club in Leeds for seven years, gave a crime impact statement along with the plans, stating that police have never had to attend the club for any reason.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/21\/20\/78079193-12776663-image-a-1_1700598671727.jpg\" height=\"417\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The private members club is set to be developed on the site of Dave&#8217;s Aquarium, on Folds Road, Bolton, following plans for a new swingers&#8217;\u00a0 proposed by a Yorkshire business tycoon<\/p>\n<p>He said: &#8216;For the past seven years I have own and run a similar establishment in Leeds, Pandora&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;During this time we have had no instances of anti-social behaviour at all and we have never had police attend our club for any reason.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We will be operating a strictly members only policy in our club, any prospective couples who wish to join must show ID when joining.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Our minimum age for joining is 25. &#8216;Single males who wish to join the club must fill in an application online and attend a face to face interview before joining.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We will not allow single males to join on the door so that we can evaluate potential members before joining.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Club members in our community are very well behaved and on the whole very sociable people who attend the club for social interaction in a safe and well managed environment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;To put it simply our clientele are well behaved.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Mr Hemingway said that the new club will also boost employment in the area, and will not sell any alcoholic drinks despite a bar on the plans, adding &#8216;the bar is for soft drinks and socialising only&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/21\/20\/78079173-12776663-image-a-3_1700598693684.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Mr Hemingway, who also run&#8217;s Pandora&#8217;s swingers&#8217;
