Journey, <strong>J Balvin<\/strong>, <strong>John Legend<\/strong>, <strong>Keith Urban<\/strong> and <strong>Steve Aoki<\/strong> are all set to perform at the three-day event.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/02\/4by3\/2023\/11\/17\/02c767e1a03947acbdd3ce28256dae93_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"\"        ><\/p>\n<p>In the 19-second clip &#8230; the Ferrari roars down the track past The Cromwell Hotel and, suddenly a burst of flames shoots out from the back of the race car before it disappears from our view. One stunned onlooker reacts by yelling, &#8220;Wooooooo!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Thankfully, no one was injured &#8230; and the police and fire departments did not have to respond to the scene.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/a5\/4by3\/2023\/11\/17\/a54148e1ef594c8b9eb56c9003b1c242_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"\"        ><\/p>\n<p>But, road workers were brought in to repair a manhole cover on the track, causing the second practice run to be delayed.<\/p>\n<p>The Ferrari was also reportedly damaged.
