The pair is pictured in a new Vogue photoshoot<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/13\/14\/77740147-12743485-image-a-2_1699886470420.jpg\" height=\"476\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The 53-year-old former journalist said that her 59-year-old beau asked her to marry him back in May at sea after they enjoyed a dinner for two under the stars<\/p>\n<p>Having only been engaged for five months, the couple was still in the throes of deciding on what kind of wedding they&#8217;d have.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We&#8217;re still thinking about the wedding, what it&#8217;s going to be. Is it going to be big? Is it going to be overseas? We don&#8217;t know yet,&#8217; Lauren dished, adding she was more focused on Jeff&#8217;s 60th birthday party in January.<\/p>\n<p>But don&#8217;t expect one of the world&#8217;s richest men to get involved with planning their nuptials.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Oh, God, no. Do I look that dumb?&#8217; Jeff said with a laugh.<\/p>\n<p>As for whether or not Lauren is taking her husband-to-be&#8217;s last name, she responded: &#8216;Uh, yes, one hundred percent. I am looking forward to being Mrs. Bezos.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>During the loved-up couple&#8217;s interview, Jeff also gushed about his\u00a0fianc\u00e9e, saying she had &#8216;amazing intuition, almost witchy powers in that regard.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;She sees things that other people don&#8217;t see. Call your dad. Call your mom,&#8221;&#8216; the business mogul said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;And she&#8217;s also just a very good role model. She keeps in touch with people. I&#8217;ve never seen her put makeup on without calling somebody. Usually her sister.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Despite the glitz and glam of being in a relationship with one of the world&#8217;s richest men, the reality is she&#8217;s much more down-to-earth, according to\u00a0her sister, Elena S\u00e1nchez Blair.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Since she&#8217;s been with Jeff, she is more peaceful and more calm.
