LIDL'S sell-out winter gadget is back on shelves this week and it could save you money on your energy bills.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0discount supermarket\u00a0chain is bringing back its bargain\u00a0electric throw, and it costs just 3p to run.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Silentnight\u00a0luxury heated throw is back on supermarket shelves fromNovember 19. <\/p>\n

It will cost just \u00a325 and is available in stores only.<\/p>\n

You can find your nearest Lidl branch by using the store locator tool on its website.<\/p>\n

The gadget was last available in December 2022 and cost \u00a329.99. <\/p>\n

The heated throw, which measures at 120cm wide and 160cm long, comes with nine heat settings and a three-year guarantee.<\/p>\n

Not only that, but it will turn itself off if left alone for two hours, meaning it's ideal if you want to put it over yourself before bedtime.<\/p>\n

It does come with a warning not to fold it up when in use and is not recommended for children three or under.<\/p>\n

Recent figures from\u00a0CheckaTrade show that the average cost of running your heating per hour is 7p\u00a0per kilowatt-hour.<\/p>\n

This means that if you have a 24 kW boiler, it might cost you \u00a31.68 an hour.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It means that if you have your heating on overnight for eight hours, it could cost you \u00a313.44.<\/p>\n

While Lidl's heated blanket costs just 24p to run for eight hours.<\/p>\n

The blanket is machine washable too to make for easy cleaning and is made of faux fur. <\/p>\n

Shoppers are full of praise for the\u00a0energy-saving\u00a0gadget online.<\/p>\n

One customer said: "Best thing I ever bought."<\/p>\n

While another wrote: "These are amazing! Total game changer."<\/p>\n

A third commented: "I\u2019ve got an electric throw for the couch and they are amazing."<\/p>\n

Lidl isn't the only retailer that's sold the heated throw previously –\u00a0Aldi often sells out\u00a0when it brings the gadget to market.<\/p>\n

Remember, to always shop around when buying something like this as you might be able to find it cheaper.<\/p>\n

You can use websites like Price Spy and Price Runner to compare how a certain product is selling across different retailers.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Google\u00a0Product tab is also a quick way to scan the\u00a0internet\u00a0to see if other websites are selling a similar product for less.<\/p>\n

We had a look to see if you can find the Silentnight heated throw cheaper than \u00a325, but couldn't.<\/p>\n

Argos\u00a0sells Slumberdown electric blankets with prices starting from \u00a335.<\/p>\n

Tesco\u00a0is also selling a heated blanket for \u00a320.<\/p>\n

Heated throws and blankets do differ slightly so make sure you do your research before you make a purchase. <\/p>\n

A heated throws acts like a usual throw but heats up when turned on. <\/p>\n

Electric blankets are designed to fit below the bottom sheet and they are typically used to pre-warm a bed.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, another of Lidl's sell-out winter gadget that will help you save money on bills is coming back in days.<\/p>\n
