During the opening credits, viewers usually hear the This Morning theme tune playing. However for the latest episode, it was a euro pop updated version.

The change was due to the show having a "party day." This Morning regular and DJ Gok Wan will be on the decks all show playing some tunes. But fans were not too impressed with the updated intro.

Rushing over to X, formerly known as Twitter, one person said: “That isn’t a good sound.” Someone else proclaimed: “What on earth is this sh*t euro-pop?”

A third fumed: “30 seconds and I’ve already switched off. That’s a new record.” Another added: “Not sure I can stomach this pile of sh*te."

The change to the opening credits comes days after after Cat Deeley was confirmed as a new presenter on This Morning. She will reportedly host alongside Rylan Clark for one week starting on Monday, November 13.
