Taking care to obscure its exact location, the group filmed as they gained access to the deserted rooms inside.<\/p>\n<p>He told the Daily Star: \u201cThat place was truly terrifying, much scarier than the children\u2019s asylum&quot;. He described one flight of steep stairs, which looked as if it had been created for a horror film, as \u201cthe scariest stairwell I have ever seen&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>But Dan and his companions weren\u2019t the first people to have made it in there. The floors were ankle-deep in rubbish, and someone had even brought a shopping trolley inside. A creepy skull mask left on the floor only added to the menacing atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31350325.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_Urban-explorer-discovers-inner-city-sex-dungeon-with-The-Devils-chair-surrounded-by-condoms.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31293681.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/0_JS315116250.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> &apos;I heard my mum raped and murdered in next room \u2013 it took 12 years and 3 suspects to solve it&apos;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But while much of the mess might just have been left by homeless people taking shelter from the chilly Baltimore nights, one room held a spine-chilling secret. It was littered with used condoms. <\/p>\n<p>That in itself might not be so unsettling if it wasn\u2019t for the fact that the condoms had been discarded next to an old wooden chair that had ropes tied around it as if someone had been held captive there.<\/p>\n<p>Described as a &apos;Devil&apos;s chair&apos; in the video, it had bloodstains on it, as well as cigarette burns and some white substance that may have been candle wax.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31350321.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_Urban-explorer-discovers-inner-city-sex-dungeon-with-The-Devils-chair-surrounded-by-condoms.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31257386.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/0_Blookes-spooky-Tinder-match-with-his-dead-wife.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Bloke&apos;s spooky Tinder match with his dead wife ends with drug-fuelled &apos;exorcism&apos;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He said that scuff marks on the floor suggest that whoever had been tied to that chair had been \u201cliterally struggling.\u201d One of his companions added: \u201cthis wasn\u2019t consensual&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps most disturbing at all, Dan returned to the site a few days later and found that much of the evidence had been \u201ccleaned up\u201d by some unknown person.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhoever was using that room \u2013 for whatever purpose \u2013 came back to clean it up of all the trash in this place on the first floor and second floor. That&apos;s the only thing they cleaned up \u2026one of the condoms and the chair.
