DOZENS of schools remain closed after Storm Ciar\u00e1n blasted the UK, leaving havoc in its wake. <\/p>\n
The wild weather lashed the country in recent days, and the Met Office still has yellow warnings in parts of the country. <\/p>\n

A rain alert remains on the eastern parts of Scotland until 6pm today, with warnings of flooding causing travel chaos. <\/p>\n
There's also warnings floodwaters could rise and get into homes and businesses, while there's concerns of danger on the road, too.<\/p>\n
Another yellow alert is in place for the south of the UK – from Portsmouth and across to Canterbury. <\/p>\n
Forecasters have warned of commuter chaos and rising floodwaters, with risks of large waves battering the coast. <\/p>\n
