{"id":132913,"date":"2023-10-30T03:21:18","date_gmt":"2023-10-30T03:21:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bluemull.com\/?p=132913"},"modified":"2023-10-30T03:21:18","modified_gmt":"2023-10-30T03:21:18","slug":"pedophile-80-is-punched-in-courtroom-by-victim-who-was-molested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bluemull.com\/world-news\/pedophile-80-is-punched-in-courtroom-by-victim-who-was-molested\/","title":{"rendered":"Pedophile, 80, is PUNCHED in courtroom by victim who was molested"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>&#8216;I was angry&#8217;: Pedophile, 80, is PUNCHED in courtroom by victim who was molested from the age of eight &#8211; after judge handed the pervert a suspended sentence<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Richard Gross, 80, was accused by Tylor Fu, 29, of sexually abusing him between the ages of eight and 15, while he was babysitting<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fu\u00a0filed a lawsuit against Gross and his wife in Clark County District Court in 2021 and testified against Gross in court<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>On October 2, a judge handed down a suspended sentence: Fu, furious, punched Gross in the face and sent him to hospital\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A Nevada man who was sexually abused as a child by his babysitter punched the now 80-year-old perpetrator in the face in court after he was sentenced.<\/p>\n<p>Tylor Fu, 29, testified against Richard Gross, 80, and helped secure his conviction on 26 felony counts of sexual abuse of a child.<\/p>\n<p>But Gross, a family friend, secured a plea deal, and avoided jail time: he was given a suspended sentence.<\/p>\n<p>Fu said that he was furious at the arrangement, and lashed out at Gross during the October 2 sentencing, sending him to hospital.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I was extremely angry,&#8217; he told 8 News Now.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I know he&#8217;s old, but that doesn&#8217;t change anything like that, doesn&#8217;t change the damage that he caused, the horrific effects that I had to live through for decades, and it was not justice at all.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/30\/01\/77160029-12686849-image-a-67_1698629742855.jpg\" height=\"798\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Richard Gross, 80, was given a suspended sentence for sexually abusing Tylor Fu from the ages of eight to 15<\/p>\n<p>Fu, now a married father of two, said that he was abused from the age of eight to 15.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, Fu&#8217;s wife showed him a news article about sexual abuse, which prompted him to report the abuse to police.<\/p>\n<p>Fu filed a lawsuit against Gross and his wife in Clark County District Court in 2021 for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence and negligent supervision.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I really tried to put it away and move on and be strong, but as you get older, you start to realize what went wrong more, and I saw exactly where my problems were coming from,&#8217; said Fu.<\/p>\n<p>He told the news channel that he was shock by the sentence handed down by Clark County district court Judge Tierra Jones.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It just doesn&#8217;t make sense how someone can abuse a child multiple times and just walk away without any prison time,&#8217; he said.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/30\/01\/77160035-12686849-image-a-70_1698630000117.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Gross is pictured in court, moments before Fu leapt up and punched him<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/30\/01\/77160025-12686849-image-a-69_1698629943094.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Gross was given a suspended sentence, which enraged Fu<\/p>\n<p>Jones issued a suspended sentence of 60-180 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections, meaning he will not be imprisoned unless he violates the terms of his probation.<\/p>\n<p>After punching Gross, causing him to fall to the floor unconscious, Fu was handcuffed and arrested for misdemeanor battery.<\/p>\n<p>Gross said that he briefly lost consciousness and was taken to UMC trauma.
