teeth were good&#8217; as they ate lots of frozen, raw meat, but the rise of Western foods has led to more dental problems.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Some of the worst offending products, according to the video, are bread, dairy, sweets, cookies and &#8216;tea with lots of sugar.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Instead of &#8216;tough raw meat,&#8217; the nomads have also started eating soft &#8216;boiled meat with pasta,&#8217; and fresh fruit and vegetables, which are essential for healthy gums and teeth, are hard to come by.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As a result, a nomadic woman says that &#8216;many nomads&#8217;
