It is not known what decision &#8211; if any &#8211; was made by Putin.<\/p>\n<p>However, Rogozin &#8211; fired last year by Putin as space agency chief &#8211; was in September welcomed back into the fold by being appointed as a Russian senator.<\/p>\n<p>The genocidal scheme involved a civilian-use Soyuz-type carrier rocket and tinkering with it so it does not reach orbit, but instead crashes into a Ukrainian city &#8211; probably the capital Kyiv.<\/p>\n<p>The plan indicates a launch of the nine-ton mega-bomb from Plesetsk cosmodrome near Arkhangelsk, according to taped calls revealed by German news outlet Bild.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/25\/11\/76977879-12670277-image-m-6_1698228107943.jpg\" height=\"546\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>A Soyuz-2.1b rocket booster\u00a0with a Fregat upper stage and the lunar landing spacecraft Luna-25 blasts off from a launchpad at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in the far eastern Amur region, Russia, on August 11<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/25\/11\/76978057-12670277-image-a-7_1698228252100.jpg\" height=\"404\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Baranov (pictured), head of Russia&#8217;s Progress Space Rocket Centre, told Rogozin that the 164ft rocket can be steered &#8216;in any direction, simply in any direction we want&#8217; by rotating during an eight to 22 second period after launch<\/p>\n<p>Baranov, head of Russia&#8217;s Progress Space Rocket Centre, told Rogozin that the 164ft rocket can be steered &#8216;in any direction, simply in any direction we want&#8217; by rotating during an eight to 22 second period after launch.<\/p>\n<p>Baranov is the man in charge of making launch vehicles for manned and unmanned missions to the International Space Station.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out a key problem to Rogozin on the recording.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It&#8217;s a supersonic re-entry into the atmosphere, and the existing heavy FAB-500 aerial bombs don&#8217;t work, they&#8217;re starting to overheat TNT is destroyed in them, and so performance drops critically.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Our guided bombs are not designed for this either, and they have no protection against overheating.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>In other words this giant bomb could explode as it re-entered the atmosphere after launch, wreaking untold havoc.<\/p>\n<p>Rogozin then consults Yuri Solomonov, general designer for ground-based missile systems at the Moscow State Institute of Thermal Engineering, and former head of development for the Topol-M ballistic missile.<\/p>\n<p>The conspirators also feared that parts of the rocket bomb could fall on Russian territory, but resolve to overcome all problems<\/p>\n<p>According to the leaked recordings, the impatient Rogozin demanded: &#8216;How big are the crash areas? Where do we have risks?&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Rogozin asks in a voicemail: &#8216;Approximately how long will it take to prepare all this s***?&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Baranov tells him: &#8216;It might take six months, but that&#8217;s kind of the upper limit.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Solomonov subsequently found a solution to the heat problem of the planned Ukraine rocket.<\/p>\n<p>Baronov assured that the scheme would work.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The launch and the flight towards any target is not a problem at all,&#8217; he said. &#8216;There would need to be some small modernisation\u2026so we don&#8217;t need to go to orbit, but follow a clear trajectory.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Another issue would be to sort the area of some of the debris. he said. &#8216;Told him about this huge thing, that might arrive from the Arkhangelsk region.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;He got really interested and asked to prepare a memo by Monday, so that he reports it to the Chief [Putin].&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Putin is believed to have been informed about the Armageddon scheme on 16 January this year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It is not known how the dictatorial president reacted and whether he gave the order to his zealous loyalists to implement the crazy rocket terror plan,&#8217; said the media outlet.<\/p>\n<p>But Rogozin was subsequently promoted to become a senator in the Russian parliament for the invaded Ukrainian region of Zaporizhzhia.<\/p>\n<p>Rogozin was fired from the Russian Space Agency last year after threatening to let the &#8216;International Space Station&#8217; and its Western astronauts crash into a NATO country.<\/p>\n<p>He was also closely associated with the delayed Satan-2 missile, also known as Sarmat.<\/p>\n<p>This &#8216;unstoppable&#8217; 15,880mph intercontinental missile system is the size of a 14-storey tower block.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We just need to finish some of the procedures in a purely administrative and bureaucratic way and move on to mass production and putting them on combat duty,&#8217;
