<\/p>\nGWEN Stefani has shocked her fans plenty of times with her forever-changing and youthful looks.<\/p>\n
But according to a plastic surgeon, the Grammy Award winner is not the only celeb on The Voice who has spent thousands "manipulating" her face.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>\n
The Voice coach Reba McEntire, 68, celebrated 100 million streams of her song Fancy two weeks after joining the music show panel.<\/p>\n
Alongside John Legend, 44, and Niall Horan, 30, Gwen, 54, shared the news on Instagram. <\/p>\n
Fans commented on her looks and seemed shocked by the mother of three's appearance.<\/p>\n
Remarking on the October 10 post, one wrote: "Congrats Ms. Reba but who the heck is that talking? That is not Gwen Stefani."<\/p>\n
Facial plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Westreich insisted Reba looks "full in the face" on the hit NBC show.<\/p>\n
In an exclusive interview, Westreich told The U.S. Sun: "It is Reba who has started to look puffy in her face.<\/p>\n
"For Reba, I would say do not get any fuller in her face.<\/p>\n
"Over the years she may have had a rhinoplasty, brow lift, and upper lid lift, as well as a facelift and fat transfer."<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Westreich claimed Gwen has been maintaining her "love affair" with lip filler.<\/p>\n He previously told The U.S. Sun how Gwen's pricy tweakments involved her "messing with her lips" from 2014 onwards.<\/p>\n "I would advise Gwen not to do so much filler anymore because her lip rolls out now," he said.<\/p>\n "The upper lip is rolling when she smiles and it is starting to look lumpy.<\/p>\n "It is difficult to get rid of old filler, so this is an accumulation. But when you start to dissolve it, it does not all go away."<\/p>\n Westreich also explained why Reba's top lip may not have been tinkered with.<\/p>\n "Reba has never filled her upper lip like Gwen has had," he added.<\/p>\n "She has never manipulated that top lip. It would be too hard to fill given its small size.<\/p>\n He added:"Gwen's expenses are still at around the $100,000 mark while Reba has likely spent around $350,000 on cosmetic work."<\/p>\n Reba joined Season 24 in September and replaced Blake Shelton, 46.<\/p>\n The twice-divorced country star has been in a relationship with actor, Rex Linn<\/p>\n In 2009 she told OK magazine: "I don\u2019t do Botox. I just don\u2019t do it. Everybody else can, it\u2019s fine with me. I don\u2019t."<\/p>\n "It is possible Reba had a mini nose job when she was young," said Westreich.<\/p>\n "It is pretty well accepted that she has had a facelift and perhaps a brow lift.<\/p>\n "She has had a lot of volume, whether it is using filler or by a fat transfer to her mid-face.<\/p>\n "She looks to have had an upper lid lift and she does the usual Botox.<\/p>\n "Her routine maintenance looks to have been done for around 15 years."<\/p>\n Previously. Gwen has never admitted to getting any plastic surgery.<\/p>\n This is despite reports of a chin implant and a facelift, as well as Botox, rhinoplasty, and fillers.<\/p>\n In 2004, the former No Doubt singer told People magazine: \u201cI\u2019m hoping my children will save me from my vanity.<\/p>\n "If it doesn\u2019t, plastic surgery is an option \u2026 It sucks to have to grow older. We all have to accept it.\u201d<\/p>\n Westreich continued: "Gwen is spending the same amount on her face as before."<\/p>\n "She is probably just doing her routine skin tightening, Botox, and that lip filler.<\/p>\n "She has this continued love affair with lip filler hence the rolling lip, but has not had any additional surgical procedures."<\/p>\n Singer and Songwriter John won the 2019 series with his act.<\/p>\n That same year, the father of four, who is married to Chrissy Teigan, won the title Sexiest Man Alive by People magazine.<\/p>\n At the time, he said: "Everyone\u2019s going to be picking me apart to see if I\u2019m sexy enough to hold this title."<\/p>\n "John has not had any work done," said Westreich. "But he always has those heavy upper eyelids.<\/p>\n "Sometimes you have to take care of that as those heavy lids can drop and start blocking vision.<\/p>\n "If John had over-sculpted lids then he would not look like John Legend.<\/p>\n "In the next 10 years, he might have to do them."<\/p>\n One Direction singer, Niall joined The Voice for Season 23 when he sat next to Blake.<\/p>\n The pop star, who is in a relationship with Natasha Woolley shot to fame in 2010 auditioning on The X Factor in the U.K.<\/p>\n Because of his boyish looks and infamous blonde quiff, the Irish singer became a teen heartthrob overnight.<\/p>\n Westreich concluded: "Niall looks younger than 30 but I do not think it is because he has had any cosmetic work.<\/p>\n "He still has that boyish look and fuller cheeks.<\/p>\n "Niall has chubby cheeks which is quite lucky for him because he will age well.<\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/tp-composite-paul-ogrady-new.jpg\")
