It&#8217;s not him whatsoever.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Jada&#8217;s admission comes after she claimed that stand-up comic Chris once asked her out on a date when divorce rumors about her and Will were swirling.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I think every summer all the reports would come out that me and Will were getting a divorce,&#8217; she said. &#8216;And this particular summer, Chris, he thought that we were getting a divorce.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;So he called me and basically he was like, &#8216;I&#8217;d love to take you out,&#8221; she recalled. &#8216;And I was like, &#8216;What do you mean?&#8217; He was like, &#8216;Well, aren&#8217;t you and Will getting a divorce?&#8217; I was like, &#8216;No, Chris, those are just rumors.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;He was appalled. We will work through &#8230; whatever. I just haven&#8217;t been able to break that promise.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to People, Jada noted that no permanent decisions have been made about the future of her marriage, explaining that she and Will are &#8216;still figuring it out&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We&#8217;ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together,&#8217; she said. &#8216;We just got deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>She went on to praise her children &#8211; Jaden, 25, Willow, 22, and Trey, 30, who is Will&#8217;s son from a previous relationship &#8211; for standing by her during this rocky time in her relationship.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;My children, they&#8217;re little gurus. They&#8217;ve taught me a deep sense of self-acceptance,&#8217; she said. &#8216;They love every part of me. The level of love, unconditional love that they have for me and their dad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;And it&#8217;s one thing to want to be the person that gives that unconditional love.
