There are people in the house &#8211; help me.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Noya hid in darkness at her grandmother Carmela&#8217;s home, texting each other in silence as explosions erupted around the kibbutz of Nir Oz on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p>They disappeared after Noya sent a panicked message and are believed to have been taken back to the Gaza Strip by Hamas militants, among 150-plus hostages.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/11\/00\/76403905-12616905-image-a-43_1696980247821.jpg\" height=\"845\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Carmela, right, was with her granddaughter, left, when Hamas struck into Israel on Saturday\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/11\/00\/76403891-12616905-image-a-44_1696980283111.jpg\" height=\"627\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Galit Dan (right) said her daughter (left) was kidnapped by Hamas from the Kisufim Kibbutz<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/11\/00\/76403893-12616905-image-a-45_1696980337786.jpg\" height=\"516\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Inon Ilan, whose partner&#8217;s 12-year-old child, Noya, was allegedly captured by Hamas<\/p>\n<p>Noya&#8217;s mother managed to wait in safety with her husband &#8211; Noya&#8217;s stepfather &#8211; and her daughter Tomal\u00a0at their home in the settlement of Kibbutz Kissufim.<\/p>\n<p>After 22 hours, the family was evacuated to a Dead Sea resort hotel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>READ MORE:\u00a0Who are Hamas? Violence never paves the way for peace. The international community must use all diplomatic tools at its disposal to secure an immediate ceasefire.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The decision to implement a &#8220;total siege&#8221; by the Israeli government, in addition to the ongoing blockade, will further deny Gazan civilians essentials like food, water and electricity.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;This constitutes collective punishment of a population that bears no responsibility for the violence and is illegal under international law.
