This is the moment a laughing drug dealer sniggered his way through an arrest before being jailed for four years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Vinnie Eastman, 31, was stopped by police in July and found to be in possession of \u00a31,840 worth of crack cocaine, heroin and cash.<\/p>\n
Officers then raided addresses linked to him and discovered \u00a317,000 worth of class-A drugs. They also found \u00a36,000 in cash.<\/p>\n
Police investigated in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, on July 31 and Eastman was questioned by police – sniggering and smiling throughout.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He even said: ‘Sorry I shouldn’t laugh, this is a serious matter.’<\/p>\n

Video footage shows Eastman laughing so hard during his arrest that his head tilts back and he covers his face with his hand.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The drug dealer admitted being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis and two counts of possession of criminal property.<\/p>\n
Eastman also pleaded guilty to four counts of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of class A, namely cocaine, heroin and crack cocaine.<\/p>\n
He was jailed for four years and four months at Aylesbury Crown Court.<\/p>\n
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: ‘Yes this is a serious matter, Vinnie.<\/p>\n
‘Vinnie Eastman, aged 31, of no fixed abode, was sentenced to four years and four months’ imprisonment following a hearing at Aylesbury Crown Court.<\/p>\n
‘On 31 July this year, Eastman was detained by officers and was found in possession of \u00a31,840 worth of crack cocaine and heroin and a large quantity of cash while he was walking to a flat on Viridian Square in Aylesbury.<\/p>\n

‘Following his arrest, a number of addresses across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire linked to Eastman were searched in which \u00a36,000 in cash was recovered and \u00a317,000 worth of class A drugs were seized.<\/p>\n
‘Thames Valley Police remain absolutely committed to pursuing and prosecuting drug dealers and will continue to make the Thames Valley a hostile place for them to carry out their criminal activities.’\u00a0<\/p>\n
Investigating officer PC Ben McNeill, part of the Stronghold Team based in Aylesbury, said: ‘I am pleased to see that this conviction has resulted in a prison sentence.<\/p>\n
‘We work tirelessly to bring offenders to justice and take these drugs off our streets.<\/p>\n
‘Thames Valley Police remain absolutely committed to pursuing and prosecuting drug dealers and will continue to make the Thames Valley a hostile place for them to carry out their criminal activities.’\u00a0<\/p>\n
