A BOY aged four has been airlifted to hospital after falling from a second-floor window.<\/p>\n

Merseyside Police were called to a home in Southport last night after reports a boy had suffered injuries.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Officers discovered the boy had toppled from a second-floor window.<\/p>\n

The North West Air Ambulance took him to Alder Hey Children\u2019s Hospital in Liverpool for treatment.<\/p>\n

A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "We can confirm emergency services are currently in Southport following reports that a child fell from a second storey window this evening, Monday 25 September.<\/p>\n

"We received a report at around 6.20pm that a four-year-old boy had sustained injuries and required urgent medical attention.<\/p>\n
