Carla looked sensational in an elegant\u00a0fitted lace gown by Rabanne, that featured delicate, semi-sheer panels and a ruched back.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The model styled her hair into soft waves and elevated her height with a pair of matching heels and clutched on to a large bouquet of pink flowers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Celebrating into the night, Carla later changed into a white halterneck top with some wide leg trousers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
She pulled her hair back and sectioned off the top half with an oversized lace bow that fell down her back like a veil.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Carla’s father David, 56, battled it out in the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! castle in Gwrych, Wales, in 2021.<\/p>\n
Last year, he admitted he found it ‘very very difficult’ to quarantine in a hotel for two weeks prior to his stint on the reality TV show.<\/p>\n
It comes after the retired footballer’s\u00a0alleged lovechild Joy Pinquier has claimed that the star has cut contact with her after meeting for the first time in 28 years.<\/p>\n
French former footballer David had a fling with Joelle Pinquier, 54, while married to ex-wife Coraline Ginola, but has denied he is the father of her daughter Joy.<\/p>\n

However, Joy has claimed that she finally met David after 28 years in her hometown Marseille in an hour-long meeting after she reached out to him over Instagram.<\/p>\n
She said she cried during their reported meeting because she was overjoyed to meet her alleged father, but claimed David has since cut contact with her again.<\/p>\n
She told The Sun: ‘He took me in his arms and embraced me and it was a very special moment.<\/p>\n
‘I had tears in my eyes because it was the hug I had always dreamed of having with my dad.’<\/p>\n
Joy claimed that David told her they would go to a restaurant to get to know each other more, but alleges that she hasn’t seen him in the 18 months since then.<\/p>\n
‘It’s a horrible thing to say, but I feel like I have been abandoned a second time,’ she said.<\/p>\n
David refused to take a DNA test confirming paternity to Joy after being ordered three times by a French court, according to The Sun.<\/p>\n
