A BRIDE has revealed how she achieved her jaw-dropping transformation ahead of her 2024 wedding.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Becca Richardson (@glowupwith_becca) was delighted when her boyfriend Chris proposed to her during a trip to New York last December after two years of dating.<\/p>\n

She has garnered almost 174,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares the countdown to her wedding alongside changes she has made to her lifestyle.<\/p>\n
She took to the social media platform to reveal what she eats in a day after dropping over 29 pounds.<\/p>\n
Becca said: \u201cThis morning when I got back from my walk I started with one of these Nature Valley high protein bars.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cI then did my workout and got myself ready for the day.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve just made breakfast so I\u2019ve got granola, high-protein yogurt, and an apple.\u201d<\/p>\n
Becca gushed about the granola flavor which contained yogurt pieces and was found in the free-from section at her local grocery store.<\/p>\n
She enjoyed a coffee and then just hours later had a mid-morning snack.<\/p>\n
Becca said: \u201cI just made myself a snack and glow plate and the treat of the day is Pringles.<\/p>\n

I might save it for after dinner we will see.<\/p>\n \u201cEnding my day with steak, chips, and salad.\u201d<\/p>\n Becca captioned the post: \u201cAn example of a full day of meals & snacks! 2100cals, 130g protein.\u201d<\/p>\n She revealed that her healthy diet is paired with a variety of workouts five days a week, such as spinning, running, or weight training.\u00a0<\/p>\n The video went viral with over 1,100 likes and people eager to try the meals for themselves.<\/p>\n Becca had previously revealed that after a month of overhauling her lifestyle, she dropped 11.8 pounds.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This encouraged her to continue and she steadily shed 8.4 pounds in month two, 6.4 pounds in month three, and a further 2.4 pounds in month four.\u00a0<\/p>\n One person wrote: \u201cOMG [oh my gosh] thank you! I\u2019m a month in and don\u2019t see any progress and I\u2019m feeling so insanely discouraged. Needed this!\u201d<\/p>\n Another commented: \u201cYou\u2019ve achieved so much. <\/p>\n "Your videos have given me motivation such a good boost and made my daily walks easier. No idea why but thank you!\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A third said: \u201cThe difference between each month is insane!
