Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) and Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) are at loggerheads in upcoming Coronation Street episodes.<\/p>\n
The two characters work together in the cab office and have been best mates for years.<\/p>\n
While they are definitely BFFs, Steve and Tim are often seen bickering over the smallest of issues.<\/p>\n
Last November, Tim was less than impressed when he spotted Steve wearing his favourite jacket \u2013 the same one Sally (Sally Dynevor) gave away to the clothes swap stall.<\/p>\n

Steve then found a scratchcard in the pocket and went on to win \u00a3250, sparking an argument over whether the money should remain in Steve\u2019s bank account or go to Tim, considering the scratchcard came from his jacket.<\/p>\n
Tim isn\u2019t happy this week in Weatherfield, as Steve decides to goad him over his lack of fitness.<\/p>\n

The taxi driver then decides to get revenge once he realises Steve has left his phone unattended, but what will Tim do?<\/p>\n
These scenes are very much the calm before the storm for Tim, as the beloved character will play a huge part in Stephen Reid\u2019s (Todd Boyce) downfall.<\/p>\n
We already know that the body of Leo Thompkins will be found on a building site soon, and previous pictures have also confirmed Tim will follow Stephen to a canal, where he disposed of Teddy\u2019s body.<\/p>\n
As if that wasn\u2019t enough, Tim\u2019s life will also be in danger when evil Stephen attempts to strangle him.<\/p>\n
But will he survive the terrifying few weeks?<\/p>\n
