<\/p>\nA WOMAN has revealed she is making upwards of \u00a3125,000 renting properties that she doesn't even own.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The entrepreneur said she is renting to renting to make over a six figure profit.<\/p>\n

Leena Ahmed revealed she is renting up to six properties at one time and putting them on AirBnB to make a profit.\u00a0<\/p>\n
She revealed a step but the step of the process in a TikTok video online.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Leena said: \u201cThis is how I make money from properties I don\u2019t even own by using Airbnb.\u201d<\/p>\n
The business woman said first she finds suitable properties on Rightmove that she thinks will make suitable properties to rent out.\u00a0<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cFind a property on Rightmove.\u201d<\/p>\n
Leena said she only rents on a long term basis for her business model to work.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Next Leena refurbishes the properties she is renting.\u00a0<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cLightly refurb and furnish the property to a hotel standard.\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Then Leena starts renting the properties out.\u00a0<\/p>\n She said: \u201cList properties on sites like Airbnb for \u00a3100 + a night!\u201d<\/p>\n FABULOUS FIVER: SPEND \u00a35 AND GET A \u00a325 WELCOME BONUS<\/strong><\/p>\n This is legal in the UK but you will need to get explicit permission from the leaseholder before you do this or you could be in breach of contract.<\/p>\n A few things to bear in mind, you will still be responsible for making rent payments on time regardless of if you manage to rent out your property.<\/p>\n You will be required to follow the terms and conditions of the property sites you join, such as keeping up with cleaning standards on Airbnb.\u00a0<\/p>\n However you could make a decent profit if you do take this on.<\/p>\n Leena said: \u201cAfter all the outgoings on average left with \u00a31000 net per property.\u201d<\/p>\n The entrepreneur\u2019s video racked up over 253,000 views online.\u00a0<\/p>\n But some people were less than impressed with Leena\u2019s money making method.\u00a0<\/p>\n One user said: \u201cLiterally in a rental crisis rn, don't think Airbnb is gonna help.\u201d<\/p>\n Another said: \u201cI'm in a renting crisis, this is immoral.
