<\/p>\nSTRICTLY Come Dancing star Janette Manrara has been cruelly mum-shamed for returning to TV six weeks after giving birth to her daughter Lyra.<\/p>\n
The star welcomed her first child into the world with husband Alja\u017e \u0160korjanec on July 28.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>\n
Today she posted a photo of her baby and husband watching her on their TV at home as she hosted Morning Live for the first time since going on maternity leave.<\/p>\n
Some fans took to the comments section to accuse her of promoting mothers who end their maternity leave early." <\/p>\n
One fan lashed out beneath her post: "Do you realise you have a child to look after, you didn\u2019t have her so you could pass her over to your husband 23 hrs a day."<\/p>\n
Another said: "This isn\u2019t personal and I mean no disrespect, but I wish celebs wouldn\u2019t normalise mums going back to work when their babies are tiny. <\/p>\n

"Most of us don\u2019t want to, aren\u2019t physically or emotionally ready and it\u2019s not what\u2019s best for us. It\u2019s a shame Janette feels pressured into going back so soon.<\/p>\n
However others rushed to defend the former Strictly dancer, and one said: "It is normal most mothers have to go back to work! <\/p>\n
"There isn\u2019t a magic money pot in the garden!"<\/p>\n
Another said: "It\u2019s not exactly 9-5 job or working in a factory. Celebrities have bills to pay as well."<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n And a third said: "It's not normalising at all – it's a fact that a lot of people have to do this. <\/p>\n "Also some want to. Whatever is right for each person. Don't knock someone else for doing what suits them and their family."<\/p>\n Janette and Alja\u017e have been been happily married since 2017.<\/p>\n They met in 2010 when Janette landed in London to dance in Burn The Floor with a number of Strictly pros.<\/p>\n Janette admitted it wasn't "love at first sight" for her but said Alja\u017e knew there was something special between them: "I was rehearsing when Alja\u017e came in, looking like Prince Charming. <\/p>\n "Everyone just froze in awe\u2026 except for me. I was so focused on travelling the world and living my best life, I wasn\u2019t looking for a boyfriend.<\/p>\n "On one of our first nights out with the cast, he kept trying to buy me a drink and I kept saying no. Then he said, 'You watch, I'm going to marry you one day!'"<\/p>\n She continued: "Obviously he's a beautiful man, but it was when he started talking about his family values and priorities in life. <\/p>\n "He had such emotional intelligence and I remember thinking, 'Wait a minute, he\u2019s lovely on the inside, extremely talented, funny and handsome!'"<\/p>\n They had not one but three wedding ceremonies.
