Debris from the tank also destroyed the windshield and roof of a third car.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The aftermath filmed by bystanders shows the tank sitting on top of the two cars, whose roofs, windows and parts of the doors were completely crushed by debris.<\/p>\n<p>Those who witnessed the falling fuel tank crashing into the cars were reportedly running away in a panic, according to local media reports.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>No injuries or deaths have been reported as a result of the accident.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/12\/75036977-12478463-image-a-39_1693826093128.jpg\" height=\"372\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The aftermath filmed by bystanders shows the tank sitting on top of the two cars, whose roofs, windows and parts of the doors were completely crushed by debris. Shocking videos show the massive fuel tank fall from the sky before it crashed into two cars<\/p>\n<p>The fighter jet the tank belonged to took off from an area in north-western Ankara &#8211; where an aviation festival is currently taking place &#8211; this morning and returned safely to the base in Eski\u015fehir.<\/p>\n<p>The Turkish Ministry of Defence said in a statement today: &#8216;A part of the F-4 Warplane belonging to our Turkish Air Force crashed into an open parking lot belonging to TPAO for an unknown reason during its flight in the skies of Ankara.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The aircraft in question landed safely in Eski\u015fehir square. There were no loss of life or injuries. A detailed technical investigation on the issue continues.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>People on X (formerly Twitter) were outraged due to the falling tank putting people into danger: &#8216;People could have died. If someone left their child in the car, the child could have died.
