Police release picture of child rape suspect’s distinctive ‘full-sleeve’ tattoos including skulls and a clock face in bid to catch sex attacker

Police investigating the sexual assault of a child have released images of distinctive ‘full sleeve’ tattoos in a bid to catch the rapist.

Detectives have released the photographs as part of a renewed appeal by officers investigating the rape of a child in Chatham, Kent.

The individual, who has a full sleeve on both arms, is believed to hold ‘important information’ regarding the attack and police hope the man’s distinctive tattoos will make him easily identifiable.

The images show the individual has two skulls on his right biceps and an anime style drawing of a woman’s face on the right forearm, above the wrist.

An anime style picture of a man in black robes can also be seen on his left forearm.

Another photograph of his right hand shows an image of a clock face.

A police spokesperson said: ‘The image has been released as part of a renewed appeal by officers investigating the serious sexual assault, which was committed against a child.

‘It is believed the man with the tattoos has important information that can assist with enquiries.

‘The image shows a full sleeve on both arms. Among the distinguishing features are two skulls on the right biceps and an anime style drawing of a woman’s face on the right forearm, above the wrist.

‘An anime style picture of a man in black robes can also be seen on the left forearm.

‘Officers are also re-issuing a photograph of his right hand, which was shared in an earlier appeal for information and shows an image of a clock face.’
