Victoria Beckham hopes to make a killing on Valentine's Day with £60 heart logo tights

VICTORIA Beckham hopes to make a killing on Valentine's  Day by flogging £60 tights.

Her pricey hose are covered in polka dots and feature a small heart and VVB logo at the back of the ankle.

The tights are included in Posh Spice's gift guide for next Sunday’s lockdown love fest.

And she reckons the expensive tights will light up any woman’s Valentine’s Day.

Her website reads: “If there’s one thing we all need right now it’s a little more love. Drop a hint, treat a friend or indulge yourself in our appropriately romantic gift options.

“This season’s VVB tights are the perfect wear-again piece.

“Made in Italy with a 20 denier, sheer finish, the feature a pretty embroidered polka dot design, with a small heart and VVB logo sitting neatly just above the back of the ankle.

“The high waistband holds shape whilst still being comfortable, whilst enforced toes and a ladder-resistant construction allow for multiple wears without damage.”

And she’s also flogging a £150 gift box available – that includes her must-have tights.

Posh adds: “Made especially for Valentine’s Day, this gift set includes four pieces perfect for a celebratory evening (in or out). Inside the logo box you’ll find a premium neck scarf, sustainably made using up-cycled VVB fabric in a silk logo jacquard. It’s edged with black stitching and an embroidered logo.

"Then, a pair of pretty polka dot tights, featuring a delicate heart and VVB logo just above the ankle. They’re 20 denier, with a soft, sheer finish, enforced toes and a ladder-resistant construction.

“Completing the set are two key products from Victoria Beckham Beauty; the Posh lipstick in Pop – a classic cherry red – and the new Future Lash Mascara. Drop a hint, gift to someone special or treat yourself. Happy Valentine’s Day.”

It's not the first time Victoria's designer goods have caused a storm over price.

Last year the former Spice Girls singer was criticised over the price of the £95 charity T-shirt she designed for Pride.

Victoria had explained: "25% of all sales of this shirt will go to @aktcharity and its work to combat LGBTQ+ youth homelessness in the UK. kisses xx VB #pride2020".

There was a mix of reactions from her followers, with one writing: "25% wow mighty generous of you."

Another added: "Love this T-shirt so much, I wish it was cheaper 🌈❤️"
