Maci's post was accompanied by a photo of Farrah, 30, and Sophia, 12, looking worriedly at the camera.

Critics slammed the MTV star, 29, on Reddit for sharing the "gross" clickbait article.

One wrote: "Dude. This is so gross. Why would Maci share that. Sophia is like what ? 12. This has got to be illegal."

Another added: "I was so shocked when I saw this on Instagram. How dare they use Sophia for this ?!"

"This is the lowest thing I've ever seen," a third commented.

The article appeared to be relating to Sophia posing with a pregnancy test earlier this month.

The photo – posted on the preteen's Instagram Story – was captioned, "Omg" and "wink wink".

Critics were confused as to why the photo was shared and whether Farrah was the one behind the bizarre social media move.

Recently, Farrah was slammed by fans after claiming she is enrolled at Harvard University.

After much backlash, a rep for Harvard University recently confirmed to The Sun Farrah is enrolled as a student at the Ivy League institution.

She is working towards a Master of Liberal Arts from the Creative Writing and Literature Graduate Program.

The rep told The Sun: “We can confirm that Farrah is registered as of right now in online Summer courses.”

Farrah's Harvard credentials had been removed from LinkedIn after she "couldn't prove" that she is attending the university.

Her Harvard credentials are back up on the professional networking site, as her mom Debra told The Sun her daughter provided “receipts” to prove her enrollment.

Debra told The Sun: “Farrah is doing online classes at Harvard to further her entertainment career. It’s not to be an actress. It’s to do production, writing, storytelling, directing and more.

“She sent in the receipts to LinkedIn to show she paid for the classes. It’s back up on her LinkedIn. She’s definitely enrolled.”
