Ryan Giggs’s ex-wife Stacey begins house-hunt with boyfriend Max George after one year of dating – The Sun

SMITTEN Stacey Giggs and lover Max George are house-hunting just a year after they began dating, we can reveal.

The pair are looking for a £1.5million love-nest to cement their relationship after meeting in their local boozer.

She’s put the £3.5million mansion she shared with Manchester United legend Ryan on the market.

Max moved into the pad – included in Stacey’s multi-million divorce from Ryan – last year and the lovebirds are looking to downsize, with Stacey pocketing a cool £2million to boot.

A source revealed: “Stacey was planning to move before she met Max because the house was getting too big for her but now things have moved on so quickly they’ve decided to buy somewhere together.

“She was cautious that things were moving too rapidly at first but they are absolutely head-over-heels in love. She’s never been so happy – ever.”

The Wanted star Max moved his gear the short distance from his more modest home to the pad in well-healed Worsley, near, Manchester, in October.

But Manchester City fan Max has joked with pals about moving into the United star’s former home.

And for his 31st birthday last year, Stacey presented him with a Manchester City cake when he awoke at the address.

The source added: “It’s quite surreal for Max really. He’s a massive City fan and he’s dating Ryan Giggs’ ex-wife and living in his old house!”

Max – who was once engaged to former Corrie star Michelle Keegan – gets on well with Stacey and Ryan’s teenage children, Liberty and Zach.

The couple met at the John Gilbert pub, in Worsley.

The source explained: “Stacey has always been a massive fan of The Wanted and hit it off with Max straight away when they were introduced at a local pub in Manchester."

In the summer, the pair jetted to Dubai on holiday and returned home with tattoos of their respective initials inked on each other. And they recently bought a dog together, named Albert.
