Original Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has revealed she’s turned down an offer to appear on the MTV reality series’ ten year anniversary show.
The 30 year old, who was propelled to fame when she appeared on the series between 2011 and 2016, explained she and some of her former co-stars had been offered the chance to go back and film new episodes of Geordie Shore.
However, Charlotte said when she and some of the other original cast members heard the exact details, they decided it wasn’t for them.
She explained: “There was talk about us returning. But they wanted us to do the show with all the new people who are on Geordie Shore now.”

“We don’t know them, so we turned it down. It was an easy decision,” the former Celebrity Big Brother star continued.
In the interview with The Daily Star Sunday, Charlotte, who is on our screens with Geordie Shore: Their Story, added: “We are all at a different stage in our lives now.
“The Geordie Shore on TV now is not who we are as people. For us to do a reunion, it would have to be a different kind of show.”

This comes after Charlotte’s former co-star and good friend Holly Hagan teased what she’d like to do to celebrate Geordie Shore’s big milestone birthday next May.
Speaking during a recent Instagram live, the 28 year old revealed that she and the rest of the “OG girls” – the likes of Sophie Kasaei and Marnie Simpson – would be up to celebrating ten years in style.
Holly said: “I speak for me and the OG girls when I say this, we would love nothing more than a reunion for the ten year anniversary!”
She continued: “We’ve discussed it for years! We all want the same thing from the show and I really hope we can make it happen.”
However, Holly also dashed hopes that she’d like to return to the famous Geordie Shore house full time.
The star, who is soon set to tie the knot with footballer Jacob Blyth, was asked if she would be up for rejoining the cast.
She answered: “Never in a million years. I love the show and it made me the person who I am but I couldn’t think of anything worse than living in that house and drinking every night.”
