Well, you will be pleased to know that one woman has come up with a fabulous hack for cleaning her windows and it involves, rather surprisingly, using teas bags.
Posting to the group, Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips, which is populated with people who are fans of social media cleaning sensation Sophie Hinchcliffe, she shared an image of her spotless windows, writing: “All of my local shops seems to have run out of glass cleaner and my windows were horrible.”
She then continued: “Seen on here about using a few teabags in hot water, cooling down and I put the water in an empty flash bottle. Used with a wilkos microfiber cloth and cant believe how well it's worked. After trying this I wont be buying another expensive bottle of glass cleaner again”.
Many were quick to comment on the hack, but some were concerned that it might leave their windows streaky but the woman attested: “For me personally I made the mistake of cleaning my back windows when the sun was out and it went streaky so I tried again when the sun was away! I dont know if that's what made the difference x”.
Others gave their own methods with one group member suggesting: “warm water, white vinegar and a dash of washing up liquid. Wash with cloth and dry off with kitchen roll or soft cotton cloth. Come up lovely. I don’t bother with sprays just put it in a jug. You don’t need much vinegar either.”

The Facebook group is awash with great hacks to keep a tidy home inspired by Mrs Hinch. Recently another member shared a great hack for removing hair and dust from your carpet.
Posting on the group, the woman wrote: “Amazing hack I just have to share with you all! I do this once a week and the build up is shocking.
“I have a dog so for me it gets all the dust and hair the Hoover can’t! Just the usual shower/window screen squeegee- can get from Wilko, Poundland!”
She then attached a clip of herself dragging a window squeegee across the carpet and pulling up the pet hair that was imbedded into it.tton cloth. Come up lovely. I don’t bother with sprays just put it in a jug. You don’t need much vinegar either.”
