Those on Married at First Sight have shot to fame on the E4 show, which sets up sixteen singletons with who the experts deem to be their perfect match.

Despite their new TV-star status, the MAFS UK cast all have very normal lives behind the scenes, and work a variety of jobs.

From business development and wellness coaching to fire fighting and even journalism – there's a wide variety of careers in this year's cast.

We take a look into the 2021 cast of Married at First Sight's very normal jobs and what they get up to away from their TV appearances.

Josh Christie – Model, athlete and DJ

26-year-old Josh definitely isn't lacking in the looks department so it's no surprise the hunk has worked as a model in the past.

His Instagram account shows that he's walked runways during fashion week, and even appeared in Vogue.

However, he seems to be focusing on his fitness at the moment, with plenty of topless selfies showing off his dedication to athletics.

Josh's bio states he is also a DJ, pointing fans in the direction of what seems to be a series of club nights he promotes in London.

Morag Crichton – Veterinary nurse

Morag's glamorous looks during her time on the show seem to be a world away from her day-to-day life.

Off-screen, the 32-year-old works as a vet nurse, and helps look after a range of sick animals.

The blonde beauty has shared a number of work-related snaps on her Instagram, including one where she's donning some bright pink scrubs and mint green crocs.

In the picture, she's holding a cute little Chihuahua, and has captioned the snap: "So glad to be back doing what I love with my paw-fect man!”

Nikita Jasmine – OnlyFans creator

Geordie girl Nikita has taken Twitter by storm during her episodes on the show, after her hilarious potty mouth has divided fans' opinions.

The 27-year-old, who has married Ant Poole on the show, stated in her intro that she works in the 'sales' industry.

Not much was specified, but her Instagram shows that the star is an OnlyFans creator, and she regularly posts saucy selfies in her lacy underwear.

The stunner spends her free time partying in Dubai and Ibiza with Chloe Ferry and Sophie Kasaei from Geordie Shore, and Bethan Kershaw from the show seems to be one of her closest pals.

Amy Christophers – Sports journalist and ex-model

Amy now works as a sports journalist, covering various events from horse racing to football, but previously had a successful career as a glamour model.

The gorgeous curvy brunette modelled for page three, as well as a series of the top lad mags, but has since left her saucy past behind, focusing on her love of sport.

The 34-year-old is frequently seen posting images of herself holding a mic as she reports on sporting events.

Marilyse Corrigan – Personal trainer

Mum-of-two Marilyse is absolutely shredded, and keeps in incredible shape due to her job as a personal trainer.

The 37-year-old has been paired with fitness fanatic Franky, so hopefully the pair will hit it off both in and out of the gym.

Robert Voysey – Business protections advisor

Robert Voysey is also known as “Big Bob” friends due to his larger than life personality and stocky frame.

Despite his love of musicals and all things theatre, Bob's day-job is far away from the world of performing arts.

The 26-year-old, from Dorset, works at a business protection specialist.

Alongside a picture of himself in a suit, he wrote on Instagram: “Love the work you do and you’ll never have to work another day in your life.”

Megan Wolfe – Wellness coach

Megan Wolfe married Bob on the show's first episode, and the pair hit it off.

The 26-year-old works as a wellness coach, helping young children with their mental health.

Although she didn't state it on the show, Stoke-based Megan also works as an actress, with headshots posted all over her Instagram account.

Ant Poole – Business development executive and part-time model

28-year-old Ant Poole was seen getting married to Nikita Jasmine in the first episode of MAFS – much to her disappointment.

The Manchester-based man may be a model, but he also has a more ordinary job as business development specialist which fills his time.

The star's brother and dad are both military men, but Ant stated it wasn't for him.

Tayah Victoria – Estate agent and former air hostess

Tayah Victoria, whose wedding will air this week, now works as an estate agent.

However, she worked a very exciting job as an air hostess prior to the pandemic.

In May last year, she shared a snap of herself in her uniform with a colleague on a plane to Australia, and she wrote: “Imagine paying 15k for a first class ticket and having us two serving you.

“It’s true when they say it’s not just a job it’s a lifestyle, I miss my bestie and wearing this uniform more than anything.”

Luke Dawson – Fireman and children’s home manager

Gentleman Luke Dawson hails from Cardiff and works two jobs, one of which is as a fire fighter.

The 36 year old also manages a children's care home, and is looking for love on the show.

Daniel McKee – Holistic sales

Daniel McKee is one half of the first gay couple to get hitched on MAFS, being paired up with Matt from Leeds.

Northern Irish lad Daniel has a passion for hiking, cold water swims and meditation, and is also a vegetarian.

He stated he would need his partner to relocate to his country in order for the relationship to work.

He’s been described as a "spiritual force to be reckoned with" with "infectious positivity" by the show's creators – so it makes perfect sense he works in holistic sales.
