Mark Wright shares good news as he finds owners of missing dog

Mark Wright has revealed he saved a lost dog.

The former TOWIE star and TV presenter was delighted to return the stranded pooch to its owner.

Mark, 34, launched an appeal on his Instagram page yesterday [Tuesday] to try and find the dog’s owner.

He asked at the time: “If anyone in the Abridge area lost a little Chihuahua, just found her on the road. Abridge in Essex.

“She's all good, all safe, but if you know where we live, please come and get her.”

And the cunning ploy worked as the adorable Chihuahua was claimed and safely returned home.

During a Q&A session with his army of fans, the heartthrob – who is married to Michelle Keegan – admitted he had been inundated with messages from people concerned about whether the dog’s owner had been located.

And thankfully Mark was happy to relay the good news to his 1.8million Instagram followers.

In one sweet snap of the tiny dog on his story, Mark commented: “Did the dog get returned to her owner,” with a crying face emoji.

He added: “Got this question a lot! Yes, back home and safe now thank you! We will miss ya Tequila.”

Mark and Mancunian Michelle, 33, are in the process of building their dream home – and the happy couple have been sharing their progress on social media.

The five-bed posh Essex mansion is well underway and Mark has already posted shirtless photos of himself working on the ambitious build.

But before the luxury project is completed, Mark has been more than happy to show the couple’s fans around their current abode.

In a comical video Mark panned his mobile phone around his and Michelle’s marital bed, before showing his gym gear and underpants thrown on the floor.

“There's my pants and socks,” he said. “There's my cycling top. There's my cycling shorts.”

Revealing the en-suite bathroom door, he added: “Bed, gym gear, brush me gnashers, out I go.

“If your gym gear's by the side of your bed put it straight on, get out, you'll train.”

Meanwhile, former Coronation Street actress Michelle, who has found fame with Our Girl since leaving the Weatherfield cobbles, enjoyed some quality time in the countryside as she posted a snap relaxing with the pair’s dog Pip.
