She is currently starring in West End show The Pillowman after wowing fans during her stint in stage production 2:22: A Ghost Story.

"I was using fame as well – that was an addiction in itself."

It comes after the Smile hitmaker revealed the police were called after she lost her virginity while on holiday.

She was away with her actor dad Keith Allen and younger brother Alfie Allen when the first had sex.

Spilling the beans on the Life’s A Beach podcast, Lily said: "I lost my virginity to a guy called Fernando in Brazil. When I was about 12, no I am joking!"

"I actually went missing," she told host Alan Carr.

"I went to his hotel room, and I was on holiday with my dad and brother, and obviously I didn’t come back to my room.

"I sort of slept in the next morning," the star continued.

“I woke up the next day and there were police all over the hotel.

"They were literally combing the beach and they had T-shirts (asking) 'Is this what she was wearing?'
