Conor McGregor shows off shredded body and bulging biceps on bike ahead of UFC 264 fight against Dustin Poirier

CONOR MCGREGOR showed off his bulging biceps as he shared a picture of his bike ride on Instagram.

The Notorious is getting into the shape of his life, as he prepares for his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier.

McGregor, 32, was undone by a series of brutal calf kicks on Fight Island back in January.

But if he is to be outfoxed again on July 10, it is unlikely to have anything to do with a lack of fitness.

Biking shirtless, wearing a pair of neon shorts, McGregor took his hands off the handlebars to flex his muscles for the camera.

He wore a green cap, bearing the message 'Live Lucky'.

And that is exactly how the Irishman captioned the picture.

Fighting again at 155lbs, McGregor won't want to leave anything to chance in Las Vegas.

The former featherweight and lightweight champion is no stranger to making adjustments, as he did to devastating effect for his August 2016 rematch with Nate Diaz.

And McGregor's SBG team-mate Peter Queally believes that Conor will be able to do something similar against Poirier.

He told SunSport: "My favourite Conor moment, favourite Conor fight, is the second Diaz fight.

"Because I was there for whole camp and I saw all the adjustments he made and his whole fight IQ and how smart he is.

"All these different things that he did in that camp to totally change [the outcome of the fight].

"That fight was not a fight he should've won, really, when you think about how the first one went.

"But he went on and completely turned things around and beat Diaz very convincingly.

"Conor is too smart. He'll get this camp right, he'll change a few things and I think he'll win quite easily. I think he'll KO Dustin."
