  • YOUNG LOVE

Ashey Young is hoping to extend his stay with Inter Milan.

He initially joined the Italian club on a six-month contract, but he is keen to stick around for another season.

When asked if he'd like to stay, he told Corriere Della Sera: “Of course I do, I love Italy, Milan, the warmth of the fans.”

  • SOR HIM FIRST

Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Crystal Palace flop Alexander Sorloth.

He failed to score in 16 Premier League games for the Eagles after he joined them for FC Midtjylland in January 2018.

But he's proved his potential while out on loan with Turkish club Trabzonspor this season.

Turkish media outlet Fanatik claim the Red Devils are keeping a close eye on him.

  • RED RENAISSANCE

Paul Pogba looks destined to leave Old Trafford this summer, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a plan in place.

The United boss is planning a huge summer overhaul at Old Trafford.

Here's how they could look if they land their top targets…

  • FOR GOD'S SAKE

Spurs have entered the race for Inter Milan’s Diego Godin but face competition from Manchester United, according to reports.

Jose Mourinho was snubbed by the Uruguayan when he was manager at Old Trafford but the Special One will go after the veteran defender again.

Mourinho was raging two years ago when the 34-year-old used interest from the Red Devils to land a new deal at Atletico Madrid.

The Spurs boss claimed Godin’s agent used United to secure a new contract for his client, saying the Uruguayan was keen to come to Old Trafford and that a deal could be done.

United subsequently made an offer but just hours later the centre-back had signed a new contract on improved terms of around £130,000-a-week.

The Uruguayan ace left Diego Simeone’s side on a free transfer to Inter last summer but could be available when this season eventually ends and Tottenham are eager to bring him in, according to the Mirror.

Serie A has been suspended indefinitely because of the coronavirus crisis, which has put football across Europe on standby with campaigns possibly finishing throughout the summer.

  • POGBA RALLYING CALL TO UTD FANS

Paul Pogba has told Manchester United fans to “stay safe” and promised them: “We'll be back on the pitch soon.”

The French World Cup winner has been linked with a summer move to Real Madrid or Juventus but pledged to target trophies with United

And catching up with Old Trafford team-mate Jesse Lingard in a video call, the 27-year-old urged supporters: “Stay at home – stay safe.

“Hopefully things will get better very soon and we will get back to the game.

“Stay connected, stay safe and we'll be back on the pitch soon.”

United players are on strict, personalised fitness regimes as they stay inside during the coronavirus pandemic.

And with football suspended until at least April 30, Pogba should have fully recovered by injury if and when the season resumes.
