What we wouldn't give to be Rita Ora, sunning herself on a yacht

For many of us, summer holidays became an impossibility this year – or at least, any summer holiday out of the country, a place we could be drenched in sunshine.

So that gives us even more reason to envious of Rita Ora, who is not only not stuck at home, but is off sunning herself on a yacht.

The 29-year-old flew off to Ibiza with a group of friends including former Towie star Vas Morgan, her sister Elena and her boyfriend Romain Gavras, and the trip is looking pretty idyllic.

The Anywhere singer opted for ultimate beach glitz in a gold string bikini, paired with multiple layered silver and gold necklaces.

Let’s hope there were no Kim Kardashian style ‘My diamond earring’s gone!’ moments.

Rita looked ready for an Instagram photo shoot as she chilled out on the side of the boat with her feet dangling in the water, chatting to pals who had taken the plunge.

The Fifty Shades Of Grey star later decided to cool off herself, having a dip before climbing aboard a jet ski.

It was safety first, though, as she wore a life jacket as she held onto the waist of a friend, who took the handles.

Rita was later seen reclining on the yacht deck with friends, wearing a white bandana and wrapping a sarong around her waist as she soaked up the sun.

Us, jealous? Yes, absolutely.

Rita has been making the most of the easing of travel restrictions post lockdown, and the Ibiza trip marks her first holiday with new man Romain, 39.

The singer was first pictured with the Greek-French director last month, and a source told The Sun that the pair are properly ‘loved-up’, adding: ‘It’s the first time she’s been serious with someone in ages.’

Rita has previously been in relationships with Calvin Harris, musician Andrew Watt, Tommy Hilfiger’s son Ricky Hil and Andrew Garfield, with the Hot Right Now star reportedly splitting from Watt in October 2019 after reuniting with him following her split from Garfield.

Rita had spent lockdown in the UK working on new music, and it seems among her activities was filming an acoustic set to support Unicef’s Save Generation Covid appeal.

The star, who is an ambassador for the charity, shared a donation link on her Instagram, and wrote in a post: ‘It was such an honour to perform from my home to support Unicef’s largest ever appeal, Save Generation Covid. Around the world, Coronavirus is disrupting everything – it’s closing schools, stopping babies from getting vital vaccines and making life in disaster zones even tougher. A whole generation of children are in danger.

‘I am so proud to be a Unicef UK Ambassador. Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand all the amazing work that Unicef continues to deliver. I knew I had to do something to support this appeal, to protect children from the impact of Coronavirus.

‘Thank you to everyone who joined us for this performance and donated to the Save Generation Covid appeal. Together we can help stop the spread of Coronavirus and limit the impact on children’s lives.’

For the performance, filmed at Rita’s home, she sang acoustic versions of her hits Lonely Together and Change The World.
