Tom Parker's widow Kelsey 'lands six-figure book deal'
Tom Parker’s widow Kelsey ‘lands a six-figure book deal detailing her struggles with grief after his death – and she hopes it will offer solace to others who have lost their partners’
Tom Parker’s widow Kelsey has reportedly landed a six-figure book deal on how to cope with grief one year after Tom’s death.
The mother-of-two, 32, sadly lost Tom to cancer in March 2022, however, she hopes that her new book, where she shares her journey as a widow, will help others in the same position.
A source told The Sun: ‘It’s a huge deal worth six figures but Kelsey wrote it for other people in her position – it’ll chart her life after losing Tom.’
The source added: ‘She’ll be opening up about the dark times she’s faced, her struggles and the guilt she felt meeting someone new. She wants it to be able to help others who have lost a partner at a young age.’
MailOnline has contacted a representative for Kelsey for comment.

The book deal comes after Kelsey faced backlash last year as it was revealed that she had found love again with builder Sean Boggans after losing the father of her two children.
However, Kelsey insisted at the time that The Wanted singer would have encouraged her to find love again.
During filming on her reality TV show, Kelsey also visited a widow’s group at a local pub and was asked the question about moving on.
To which she responded with: ‘We didn’t really have those conversations but, knowing Tom, I feel like he would be happy for me. He’d just want me to be happy. And I’m so young.’
One of the widows in the group then assured Kelsey that Tom would want her to ‘live a full life.’
Kelsey went onto split from her boyfriend Sean after five months together.
March was a ‘difficult’ month for Kelsey, as she marked the first anniversary since her husband Tom tragically passed away from cancer.
Tom died from stage four glioblastoma brain cancer at the age of 33 on March 30, 2022, after he was given 12 months to live when he was diagnosed in October 2020.

Speaking of her reported split from Sean, a source told The Sun: ‘Kelsey has ended her relationship with Sean and is focusing on herself and the kids.
‘The anniversary of Tom’s death last month was incredibly difficult. Being alone is the best thing for Kelsey at this point in time.
‘After Tom passed away Kelsey threw herself into work and the children. But as Tom’s anniversary approached she realised how much she was struggling and decided to end it with Sean.
‘Kelsey is being supported by her family and friends and is trying to keep her head up for the children.’
It comes after Kelsey was last pictured with Sean on Valentine’s Day.
It emerged in November last year that Kelsey was dating Sean some eight months after the death of her husband Tom.
The pair were introduced by friends at a wedding in London’s Greenwich last October.
Sean spent time behind bars after fatally punching Shaun McDermott, 44, during a heated argument over a taxi outside the Havering Oak pub in Romford, Essex.
He was waiting for his then-girlfriend to collect him when an argument broke out with Shaun, who was knocked to the ground during the skirmish. CCTV footage later captured the electrician walking away from the scene.
Shaun was discovered by police laying on the pavement at about 1 am with a brain haemorrhage. A postmortem found that he died as a result of head injuries, with Boggans handed a four-year sentence by a judge at the Old Bailey.
He had been drinking with two of his sisters Maureen and Kathy at the nearby Wheatsheaf pub before heading home.
Kelsey’s representative was contacted for comment by MailOnline at the time.
Last month, Kelsey marked the first anniversary since Tom’s death from brain cancer and took to Instagram to share a tribute to her late husband.
On the day, she shared a sweet photograph of herself and Tom and wrote alongside the snap: ‘One year without you ❤️ forever my soul mate.’
The following day, she also took to Instagram to share a video of herself and her two children visiting a bench featuring a plaque in Tom’s memory.
Kelsey gave an insight into how her family had spent the emotional day and thanked her loved ones and fans for their support at this difficult time.
She penned: ‘Thank you all so much for the lovely messages and comments yesterday, I can’t reply to them all but they do mean so much.
‘We had a quiet day, visited his bench and celebrated our love for Tom. This year has been so hard but your support has really helped carry me through, thank you.’
In March, Kelsey also marked her first birthday without Tom and took to Instagram to post a touching image taken shortly before he went on tour with The Wanted for the final time.

She accompanied her post with a tear-jerking caption about celebrating her birthday without him for the first time, describing it as yet ‘another first’ following his loss.
She wrote: ‘A year ago Tom was about to go on tour for the final time (not that we knew that).
‘I was filled with hope but also knew the tour would be gruelling; it was something he needed to do and for him, I’m so happy he got to do it one more time.
‘I didn’t think then that I’d be facing my first birthday without him. Another first. We’re almost done with firsts but I’m not sure that’s going to make any difference.
‘This isn’t what we planned or hoped for but it’s where we are and we’re going with it, enjoying all we can and living the life we have.’
Kelsey and Tom were together for around 13 years. They announced their engagement in 2016 and married in a romantic ceremony in Surrey in 2018.
